I don't know, every review I read is positive, and I read like 5 different ones. Most people say all it needs is a set up and it's awesome.
Some improb. You can probably tell when I run out of ideas. Having an odd issue catch the bends as well, could just be tired.
In general you shouldn't rely on customer reviews, since they're highly unbiased. The pick-ups are probably of poor quality (personally I couldn't care less about pick-ups, but I haven't heard these). I highly doubt that the Floyd Rose will stay in tune. My guess is you're just gonna end up locking it right away. As for the playability and overall quality, it's impossible to tell without trying it first, since it usually varies between individual units (this can be extreme at such a low price). Personally, I would not buy that without trying it first. It's quite a gamble. It could be all right, and then you would have made a great deal. But it could also suck, and then you would've wasted $ 200.
So I picked up an electric guitar last week. TRYING to play this so early was not a good idea: Now my fingers are so broken that I can't even play Black Knight by Deep Purple.
At a list price of $190, it's pretty much guaranteed to be crap.
I don't know about you, but I've played decent $200 guitars. "Decent" being the operative word. Douglas stuff doesn't look all that impressive to me, and I agree that the floyd is probably horrible, but for a starting guitar I'm sure it'd be fine.
at the bridge
Your bridge probably has a sharp point in the low E saddle. Might need to file down any inconsistencies or get a new saddle if possible.
Probably the Blackouts, if you're really set on actives. I dunno, it might just be a personal prejudice, I trust EMG more for guitar stuff and SD more for bass, and they'd be really comparable anyway. Plus I think the output's higher.
Should be noted, my Z only has 1 pickup, right on by the bridge. And I'm assuming that this is the model that you mean?
girl drummers are so cliche
Dude what That has got to be one of the dumbest things I've heard anyone say [editline]21st November 2010[/editline] Also, I really really want my guitar back Hopefully I'll get it back in the middle of this week :(

http://www.seymourduncan.com/products/basslines/cutting-edge-1/45_string_black/
Yeah. Though, if I can be a tremendous dick, what are you playing with it? Because a chinese-made instrument of indeterminate basswood quality would be a decent reason to upgrade, even if just to something like a Fernandes Atlas X. I mean, sure, the pickup wouldn't cost that much, but neither would selling it and buying something else. Unless you have the tour version or whatever they call them when they start costing $700. I think I'm confused on what you actually have, I'm piecing this together across a couple pages. OH SWEET FUCK Some time later: So who else is going to burn all their shit tonight? I don't want to die by aids-ridden vampire.
Your bridge probably has a sharp point in the low E saddle. No other string has broken since I re-stringed less than a month ago. They are 10-46, which is what it was setup on.
My skill in Drunken guitar playing has increased by 1. My skill in Drunken Guitar Playing is now level 99!
I'm thinking of trying to get this instead of the Douglas. http://www.guitarcenter.com/Schecter-Guitar-Research-Damien-Elite-7-Electric-Guitar-105804694-i1503914.gc It's a huge jump in price but if I can't do that, I'll probably go for this one: http://www.guitarcenter.com/Schecter-Guitar-Research-Omen-7-7-String-Electric-Guitar-103043832-i1319225.gc I like the finish on the Damien a lot more though, as well as the pups and inlays. The longer scale length is good too.
My skill in Drunken guitar playing has increased by 1. My skill in Drunken Guitar Playing is now level 99!
Can you play and sing at the same time like me :smug:
My playing is so sloppy. I need to get back to doing my daily exercises. Maybe learn a few solos to expand upon the licks I know.
Its official. My M50 is now tuned to B flat standard.
Can you play and sing at the same time like me :smug:
I can't sing to begin with. :saddowns:
I don't think this breaches any advertising shit because it isn't referral garbage. http://www.guitarcenter.com/ http://www.sweetwater.com/feature/24-day_giveaway/ You may as well sign up for the "make wish-list get money" and other giveaway. Even if just to have fun looking at kit. On that note, while I'm looking at shit, anybody have an opinion on the Jet City Picovalve? The fact that the cleans are shit doesn't bug me, I'm just looking for something < $500 to shore up the weak-ass digital distortion in my modelers. I'd have looked at a Vox Tonelab but I don't like how it's also doing modeling. Maybe a cheap Egnater head instead? Or I could just build one myself, I suppose. Can't be that complicated, I've just never been assed to look at a schematic before. And as long as I'm babbling, what the fuck is up with this? Every time I notice something new from Boss there's one thing cool like the Harmonizer and one I can't imagine needing to exist.

I couldn't afford a tour one, and I didn't like the inlays or control knobs of the 2A (and I couldn't afford that either). Musically, it ranges from Ramones and AC/DC to Metallica and Megadeth.
Late night improb. I wonder how this will sound in the morning.
I can't sing to begin with. :saddowns:
Same here :saddowns: I got no problem singing + playing but my voice isn't good. Mostly due to having a speaking disorder which I blame.
Mostly due to having a speaking disorder which I blame.
What do you have? I have something up with my tongue, I think it's called cleft tongue but I don't have a clue. Used to get made fun of a lot when I was younger for it, but most people don't notice it too much any more likely because of speech therapy. A lot of times people won't know what I'm saying, but they won't think I have something physically wrong which is good.
Dyspraxia. I can't pronounce words with r, I just say woad instead of road. Middle name is Jarryd so I say Jaward. I have to take my time to if I want to pronounce it correctly. And I can't say twelve, its too fucking hard for me.

I couldn't imagine not being able to use R's and L's properly. That sucks, but at least you have music!
My seven string goes down to drop A without difficulty with 10's Jealous?
Nope, I got 10's on my G standard 7 string right now. No hassle. :smug:
