i don't know if they'll sand it down or try and paint over it.....hopefully they'll just sand it, because that's a very noticeable chip - not just a paint chip.
I'd imagine you'd have to replace the whole body to fix the chip, it looks pretty deep

Because the sides and back aren't painted - leaving the natural colors - therefore the brown is the mahogany and the tan is the maple.
They don't even offer binding for this model. It's a natural binding

Anyways, if I wanted to get a decent Black Metal or old school Death Metal tone, could anyone recommend to me pedals, general eq settings, or even a way to set it up in Magix Music Maker or Cubase? I bought 12 carbon nylon 1mm picks for 6€ (no ripoff, they are just AWESOME) Awesome control and perfect hard but not to hard, just awesome for overall control and heavier music!
So I guess half a dollar ain't no ripoff.

If you wanna sound like Cannibal Corpse I'd get a Boss MetalZone and run a Boss NS-2 or something after it because you'll get a lot of background hum with that much distortion. Although really, the sound is mainly based on what amp you're running. I would just save up some money and get a Mesa Boogie or something.
Also, you might want to get a guitar more suited to that type of music. I used to have that guitar and found that no matter what I did with it the pickups always gave me a muddy sound and it was hard to keep well intonated.
