How i got arrested and chraged with a 2nd degree felony for pulling a prank

I honestly would be pissed if a friend ratted me out. I would've claimed complete ignorance of the situation. Unless there was some form of evidence linking you to it, it would have been better to just let him take the fall. Hell, he was dumb enough to park in the school's lot. From my past experiences I know for a fact that school parking lots are often patrolled by police for this specific thing; my school often had a squad car that would drive through the perimeter like every couple of hours at night.
Cool story. I read it all. Challenge, completed
I would basically go to the school monday-friday at 8am during the month of August, which is my summer vacation time, to do community service. They said if i did 120 hours in the month of August, then i could go to school without any suspension. Naturally, no human being could fucking accomplish this especially when asked to do it in the summer at 8am in the goddamn morning. I did 39 hours and they gave me 5 days less of suspension.
This is the part that I haven't heard covered. Yes 120 hours is a LOT of community service, but if you can't be assed to wake up at 8 in the morning every week during your precious vacation then you deserved your 5 days of suspension. You act as if they're being unfair to you asking you to do this on your vacation but honestly you fucked up so if you want to rectify things even a little bit you have to pay the consequences. Sure it would be hard, thats like a 30 hour week every week of the month but it would show you truly are a good person who made a big mistake.
I dunno it seems like you're saying you didn't deserve to have to do 120 hours for 15 suspension days.
I once stole a $3 gobstopper

Yeah I understand that but it would have looked VERY good to your school and anyone looking at your records. Anyways that wasn't really my point. I was saying the suspension time would be gone, which would be good for you.

Uhm I just finished 200 community hours you pansy.
A kid at my school was put in handcuffs and escorted back to my school in a police cruiser after stealing one of those little bags of Skittles from a near by grocery store. He might of also been suspended, I'm not sure about that though.
He is still being called Skittle boy and its been a month since

A friend of mine was pulled out of class by the school officer to answer some questions. When he was done he asked if he could handcuff him and walk him past the class room. Best Police Officer ever, Almost any time he walks into one of my classes he ends up distracting the entire class. He ended up talking about browning mg's with us in my engineering class.
That is an awesome story dude
But u guys were not cut out for this kind of stuff, and you should have thought of it more. I know people who get away with stuff like this (I have been in situations like yours and i know how to navigate them too) and you guys made many crucial errors. First, i cant believe you left the car parked right in front of the school, that was just idiotic. Then ignoring the SECURITY BREACH thing lol did you just assume that always was there, i cant even tbh just . An your friend definitely snitched you out, its a rule if one person gets in trouble for something NEVER get the others in trouble. And smoking weed right after, so close to the scene of the crime................
Ok, im gonna stop there, but this should be a lesson to all, that it takes a certain type of person to do shit like this. I hope you realize that now.
Yes we do, I don't know if we really need one, but he's one of the cooler people in the school, so I don't care.
I would get chRAGED at a 2nd degree felony, too.

Ummmm we had a year and we were over deadline what the fuck are you bragging about he has to do them in 1 month
(also did these 200 hours)

Hey i wasn't making fun, im loving your avatar by the way
Get a lawyer, hope to get a plea agreement where if you complete or do so and so you get the felony dropped to a misdemeanor. A misdemeanor is the best you're going to get after filed with a felony charge.
..You lived close enough to get home on foot and you drove?!
Reminds of how a few years back a group of dumbshit teenagers thought it'd be cool to burn down an old womans college that's been closed for over a decade or so. It was in the process of having it's fate chosen. Either demolished, or saved and restored for historic value (it was the first womans college in all of North America, Alma College in St Thomas, Ontario). Needless to say that despite the possibility of it being demolished or saved these kids were all charged with varying offenses. One got the most of it because it was his idea while the others were more or less cut loose with a slap on the wrist.
The moral of the story is; If it ain't yours, don't touch it.
Ironic username.
long fucking story
good job, you probably did the dumbest fucking thing ever.
It is believed they got into the 1203 Prosser Ave. school by climbing onto the roof and entering through a window.

Our basic plan was that Tim would leave a window unlocked in his child psychology class and he could slip in and open the door for me and two of his friends (lets call them Nick and Irving) to get in
Huh.
Looks like you cut the story a bit too:
They broke windows, ceiling tiles, a trophy case and other items, overturned furniture, smeared food and condiments throughout the building and spray painted walls and other surfaces, documents said.

That's when Luna Guerrero and Velasquez returned and got in through a different window. The security cameras were spray painted.
The damage was comparable, but also included broken vending machines, gallons of paint dumped on furniture, walls and the floor and the emptying of fire extinguishers throughout the building.
The burglars took a TV, a Leatherman tool and a football jersey and helmet. Some of the items were recovered, but others were believed dumped in garbage cans in Richland.
You, OP, are the purest form of scum native to this earth. Community service? Pfft, they let you off too easily. You deserved to rot in jail.
Why do fucking dipshit moronic "HURR DURR WE'RE SO ANGSTY AND COOL GOTTA GO TAKE OUR ANGER OUT BY SMASHING SHIT!" fuckign idiots have to ruin EVERYTHING man creates? A fucking historic school? Nah it's getting torn down who cares :downs:
It's because of idiots like you that the 120+ year-old school in our city (the first school I went to) will probably have to be torn down... it's been closed for a few years but dipshits like yourself love trashing it. I bet you'd just love to pull a little "prank" there wouldn't you? WOULDN't YOU?
good job, you probably did the dumbest fucking thing ever.

Haha, wow how do you do $400,000 in damages and then try to get sympathy on the internet saying you only spray painted smilies.
my story is still superior, try $500,000
thread history m8
Am I the only person on OP's side? Sure he did some dumb shit, but that's being a kid. OP can think back later on and remember how he actually had a fucking childhood unlike many people. I find it a fantastic story that I am certain he has learned and grown-up from.
Also, I agree that the school was WAY too harsh for a simple prank. A prank where some property already deemed to be DESTROYED was damaged. From what I can tell from the story, there were no lasting consequences to OP's actions.
Kudos to you, keep living life
