I'm still waiting to find information from them but it is bad if you book multiple plots in order to bypass a maximum group limit. It normally ends with everyone being kicked off the campsite. I'm hoping the campsite will be fine with the amount of people coming and if they're not, we're going to have to slim the list down.

Yes, I've been to Grizedale plenty of times. It's quite a way to go if you've not got a vehicle of any sorts, and I'm getting the feeling the cars will be packed without everyone aboard.

You can't get to grizedale from a train I don't think, you've got to go through windermere to bowness, catch the ferry and head on from there.

I'm gonna bring my bike and cycle from the station to the campsite.
Assuming I go, I'd be up for ferrying people to/from the station, but the walk would probably do you all some good :P
