From the train station, people who are driving will be able to ferry people from there to the camp site. Otherwise, there is a bus route and taxis are available. I will give the postcode to the relevant people closer to the event
General time people are arriving at windermere is between 9am and midday.
There is a pub nearby I believe and shops are a bus ride away. You can also buy bacon, sausages and other meats from the people who own the campsite
