Today was the first day I came across an electronics store that had charged batteries in every camera they had, so first thing I did was to go ahead and try shooting the 5DIII. Holy [i]shit[/i], that thing is a beast. I had to leave after 5 minutes of playtime but I would've spent 30 minutes minimum, getting to know it. It was a joy to shoot with and it will definitely be in my future. (Sadly, the far future, as far as I know I won't have the money to get it for the next 10 years.)

Went out at 5:30am today, just round the village photographing birds in flight, and my god the 5D3 is a god damn AF BEAST! Only like 2 out of 90 shots were slightly blurred, amazing :)

If your phone will hold up 22mp pictures with that clarity at 280mm, then god damn, I want that phone.

Also got to realize they were all taken at sunrise, so light conditions weren't favorable most of the time, plus being at 3200 ISO at the extreme of the telephoto, I am god damn amazed how they came out!

My Aunt's looking for a $300 digital camera that's good for low light areas like churches/concerts, any ideas?

Anything second hand with a lens that is sub f/2, it depends on what she is willing to carry around.
