I saw a "Liberalism is a Lie, Global Warming is a Hoax" sign in a car's back window today

So nobody is going to say "The cake is a lie"?

Nobody was, no, until you brought it up. Thanks.
oh my FUCKING god are you GODDAMN thick, you RETARD!!!!
care to explain instead of random insults?
I think that both the liberals and the conservatives (as they call themselves, though specifically republicans) are both liars.
When Bush was in office, Democrats were against unconstitutional things like Patriot Act and such, but the republicans were all for it. Now that we have a democratic leader, the republicans try to stop the unconstitutional health care, and the democrats are all for it.
Both sides are only good to their people when the opposite party is in power. So really, both of the parties suck and we need something like REAL conservatives in office (Libertarians - Ron Paul).

I don't need to, that's already been taken care of.
And your random capitalisations and unwarranted arrogance were unnecessary, was my point
and the amount of CO2 released correlates with the amount of warming, it's a pretty reasonable conclusion.
This isn't true, temperatures have been going down in the last 15 yeahs, whilst CO2 has been increasing
The world doesn't just go through temperature "phases" for no reason. There's always something that causes it.
Like sunspots. Global temperature follows the variation of sunspot activity far more closely than it does human CO2 output

The problem with your argument is that TH89 has every climatologist in the world agreeing with him.
I do, but it was getting late and I wanted to go to bed.
But many scientists have stated that these global temperatures are part of a cycle in the Earth's climate. Changes in temperature are part of nature, and that if you look at recorded climate information from a hundred years ago the climate was going through very similar temperatures.
Just because another scientist bought out by green companies and spokespeople comes waving his dick around with scientific "fact" about greenhouse gases affecting our climate, make sure you do your own research. It seems people will be duped into believing anything as long as a nicely dressed man tells them its true. This applies to both Conservatives and Liberals. Liberals are just prone to jumping on the environment bandwagon while Conservatives will follow religious opinions and gospel first.
I don't think you realize this, but there is a STRONG consensus among active climate scientists that current warming trends are human-caused:

AAAS analyzed the almost 1000 climate-related scientific papers published in the past few years, and not a single one rejected the idea that global warming is human-caused.
MY BULLSHIT'O'METER IS GOING WILD!!!!!! read a book. or just think. As humans, WTF do we know? we only know temperature information for MAYBE 600 years. MAYBE!
Fuckin magnets, how do they work?
This isn't true, temperatures have been going down in the last 15 yeahs, whilst CO2 has been increasing
This is 100% wrong.
Like sunspots. Global temperature follows the variation of sunspot activity far more closely than it does human CO2 output
This was believed to be a factor in the past, but it's since been shown to also be wrong.
Variations in solar luminosity and their effect on the Earth's climate
Variations in the Sun's total energy output (luminosity) are caused by changing dark (sunspot) and bright structures on the solar disk during the 11-year sunspot cycle. The variations measured from spacecraft since 1978 are too small to have contributed appreciably to accelerated global warming over the past 30 years. In this Review, we show that detailed analysis of these small output variations has greatly advanced our understanding of solar luminosity change, and this new understanding indicates that brightening of the Sun is unlikely to have had a significant influence on global warming since the seventeenth century.
See the end part of the graph
And yes a lot of scientists claim to believe in it, do you think the government would fund organisations that try to show that one of their biggest earning schemes is based on lies? There was a big news story earlier this year about scientists manipulating data in favour of global warming.

This is a ridiculously stupid conspiracy theory that doesn't even warrant a response. The entire international climate science community, drawing funding from scores of different governments and private sources, and consisting of tens of thousands of different scientists, has falsified thousands of charts and points of data in order to tell a story that's diametrically opposed to reality, in order to justify the government increasing regulation on CO2 emissions, destroying one of the most profitable industries in the world? And the government is suddenly pushing this conspiracy, despite the fact that throughout the Bush years, Washington worked hard to discredit and downplay climate scientists?
You've sure got it figured out man.
There was a big news story earlier this year about scientists manipulating data in favour of global warming.
That was a Fox smear story. They took quotes out of context to make it sound like a conspiracy, but the leaked emails turned out not to have any real incriminating evidence.

Do you think I've never seen a youtube conspiracy video before? There's thousands of them. How gullible do you think I am? Especially after I already posted an actual scientific paper that refutes it.

"Climategate", as it was stupidly called, was only a big news story among those with a previous bias. I never saw much being made of it outside the internet and Fox News
ok, I'll admit that last vid was a long shot
