[sp] I just realized RC was one of the toys sold or thrown out by Andy. That was the most badass remote controlled car"[/sp]
[sp]A shit ton of them are gone. Pretty much all but the main ones. Including Bo, the sheep herder from TS1 and 2.[/sp]

I miss the little binoculars. :saddowns:
I was wondering what they did with Spanish Buzz for the Spanish version of the film. Would it be reverted to English or still Spanish...

I just watched Toy Story 2 and 1 again, in that order. I have now watched the series backwards, which I now regret.

In comparison, the old kid Andy looks hideous compared to the new kid Andy. But then again, the technology was lesser back then but I'm just saying.
I saw the movie yesterday :smug:

Well no shit. They were doing this shit on fucking slide rules. They had to animate the skeletons and then put the characters to them later.

Wheezy was supposed to be in the movie, but Jon Raft (I guess thats his name), his voice, died on a car accident. He also voiced the little googles, I guess.

Wll that's a little pathetic.

uh not really
Saw TS3 twice, once on Friday when it came out and once yesterday on Tuesday. I feel it was a good ending to one of my favorite movie series.
Apparently Slinky had a new VA for the 3rd film. He was always one of my favorite characters.

Yeah cause Jim Varney (aka Ernest goes to ...) died of Lung Cancer in 2000. They got a good friend of his who could do a really good impersonation to take on his part.

My sisters were cracking up at that part after everyone stopped laughing.
Just got back from watching TS3. God, the memories, it's sad that it's all ending...
Now I never cried at a movie. But Toy Story 3... oh boy...
Seeing it in 3 hours with my girlfriend and some of her friends. Seems like a very welcomed addition to the Toy Story family.

Ernest is dead?! oh god why :gonk:
I just watched this documentary on Pixar called The Pixar Story. It shows all the early footage of Toy Story 1 and so on. It was very interesting to watch. It talks about the successes of all the movies up to Cars.
Holy shit. This is awesome. Thankyou for making me aware of this program.
Just saw it, I haven't read the thread so it's probably been said a thousand times before me but this movie was amazing. It's like they made it for those who saw Toy Story 1 as a child (Me and probably 90% of FacePunch) and this is a sort of good bye to the toys. The beginning and the end were really touching and sent shivers down my spine when I realized I first met these characters when I was 5 or 6 and now they're saying goodbye. They're not saying goodbye to Andy, but to you. Or whatever, I don't know, the movie was awesome.
Also I was alone in the theater on opening day. Weird.

That's sweet. The guy who did Wheezy's voice died too, which is apparently why he wasn't in TS3. Poor character wasn't around very long.
