I like the part when[sp]that one toy came in and beat people up and tied everyone to his bed so they could watch Mary Poppins together.[/sp] Spoiler alert.
You're an idiot. It wasn't [sp]Mary Poppins[/sp], it was [sp]The Wizard Of Oz[/sp]!
So to give this thread a topic, would of prefered the scrapped storyline or the current storyline? In case you dont know, buzz would start acting up weird random voice lines playing and his arm would pop off and andy did not want to play with him anymore. So they found out where buzz lightyear was made and shipped him there to see him get fixed. However later woody found out when andy was watching some tv show a broadcast interupted it showing buzz lightyears recalled to be destroyed or something. so the toys overnight themselves to where buzz is going before he gets there.
I'm seeing it tomorrow. With all these spoiler tags, it's sure to be good.
I want a Lots O' Huggin Bear. I would keep him away from my Mario plush, though.
One thing that ticks me off is despite the movie being about toys, accurate toys of the characters weren't made for the third movie. I remember my old Buzz Lightyear I got a few years back that worked just like Buzz from the movie (light up laser, deployable wings, voice snippits) but with Toy Story 3 there's this $60 auto-talking... thing. When I was just a toddler I got a Woody toy and at that age obviously I expected a Toy Story toy to work like it did in the movie. All I wanted to remove Woody's hat like in the movies, and this happened. [IMG_thumb]http://imgur.com/Jqslj.jpg[/IMG_thumb] If you're going to make toys based on a movie about toys, make them the same exact way they appear in the movie.
I have a Woody toy that is movie accurate to the film version. I also have buzz. They cost like $50 each. The Buzz even came in the box like in the movie and the Woody doll came in a box similar to the Prospecter's
That's badass.
I used to have an exact replica woody and a Rex, no idea what happened to them.

The one's released for TS3 are pretty accurate except for Buzz, his wings are made of bendable plastic and don't pop out + he has added Jetpack sounds/effects. Both Woody and Buzz come with sound clips, some from the first films and some from #3. And yes Woody's hat does come off. So yeah I think you got some dodgy ones, or just the basic ones.
After seeing toy story three, my consensus: LONG LIVE PIXAR, THE GOD OF MOVIEMAKING
Saw it today. Man, the whole trilogy is great! That was one satisfying ending.

Woody was a cotton rag doll wrapped around a plastic body Have you seen a real rag doll before. They are longer than your palm and your average action figure. Toys these days have poor quality and cheap.
Holy fiddlesticks that's the deepest cartoon I've ever seen everrrr.
No one wants to reply to my post :saddowns:
This movie looks fantastic, but i know i'll cry :frown:
I loved the Spanish Buzz part. I laughed so fucking hard...
"Maybe if I pretend to be a tough guy, and not cry at anything that is truly sad, the internet will like me!"
Toy Story 3 Wasn't truly sad. I really don't see how anyone could possibly think that it is.
Is it me or does Woody look like he's gonna brutally anally rape something
he's kinda like :pwn:
When I saw this I shed a tear or almost. Got hardcore nostalgia at the start. But the end is the most touching moment. I would have started crying if I weren't with my friends and in a theater with other people.
Watched it today. When they all started holding hands at that one part with all the metal, I'm pretty sure I cried a manly tear.
Toy Story 3 Wasn't truly sad. I really don't see how anyone could possibly think that it is.
It had a happy ending, I found no part of it sad.
It had a happy ending, I found no part of it sad.
So when, he was forced to give away woody, it was the grandest time on the block? (Sheds a tear)
Heh, Stinky pete never got those girls a part in this movie.
Right, I'm about to go and see this (It just came out in Britain) So please, tell me. [sp] Does Buzz remain Spanish for the remander of the film, when he's reset?[/sp]
So when, he was forced to give away woody, it was the grandest time on the block? (Sheds a tear)
He was passing on something special to him when he was a kid, but he realized he doesn't need Woody for where he is going. Now the little girl gets to enjoy playing with Woody and have fun memories with that toy. YEAH THAT'S A REAL TEAR JERKER

Just saw it. I shed actual manly tears.
Best film I've seen in a year or two at the cinema. I almost started to tear up towards the end, but I managed to make it through. Also: Spanish Buzz GIFs required, asap.
Just back from seeing it, it was awesome. It was perfect. I really cannot point out anything wrong with it. I also tear'd up near the end, especially when they were about to [sp]get incinerated[/sp].
