I think the whole last 10 mins or so of the movie was one of the best endings in cinema history next to Casa Blanca. I fucking teared up at the end when [sp]Woody said goodbye to Andy as he drove off[/sp] and when [sp]they all looked at each other with scared looks and held each others hands as they where about to get torched by the incinerator at the landfill[/sp]. I grew up with Toy Story and when I got home I went rummaging through my closet and found my old Woody and Buzz Lightyear toys. Best toys that I ever owned and will own. Also some little things that I noticed in the movie -The head of Big Baby is the same baby head that was on Sid's baby spider thing in the first movie though they have some differences. Big Baby: [img_thumb]http://disnology.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Toy-Story-3-Big-Baby.jpg[/img_thumb] Sids baby spider thing: [img_thumb]http://www.wired.com/geekdad/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/toystory_371.jpg[/img_thumb] -Lotso hugs bear was in Up, another Pixar movie, at the scene in the little girls room when Fredrecksons house was floating up into the sky. You can see him next to the girls bed on the ground sitting by the night table. -Remember this kid from the first Toy Story? Sid aka the biggest fucking asshole to have ever lived Remember when [sp]Andys mom accidentally took his toys out to the curb for the garbagemen to pick up and the guy that picked them up was rocking out? If you payed attention to his shirt and remembered the first film well, you could make out Sids trademark black shirt with a white skull on it making the garbage man Sid all those years later[/sp] that's some stuff that I noticed when I watched the movie but Slashfilm has compiled a list of easter eggs/references to past movies that Pizar made. WARNING: Don't look unless you want them the rest of them to be a surprise http://www.slashfilm.com/2010/06/18/toy-story-3-easter-eggs/
I mean, I still have my Buzz Lightyear and Woody. I have had them since I was 3. My nan bought them back from her holiday in America. We didn't even know about Toy Story in Australia then.
I'm seeing it at the Drive-in Saturday night :c00l:.
Armond White can go die in a fire.
Guys according to IMDB, Sid was in Toy Story 3. [sp]Garbage Guy?[/sp]
Guys according to IMDB, Sid was in Toy Story 3. [sp]Garbage Guy?[/sp]
That would explain what he did at the end.
That would explain what he did at the end.
[sp]Um no the garbage guy that tied lotso to his truck wasn't Sid, Sid was the garbage guy who rocked out all the time.[/sp] [editline]11:27PM[/editline] Anyways, I just saw it. I loved it and almost cried at the end, but I was with friends so I held back. However, was I the only one that found it deeply disturbing [sp]that everyone was ok with dying? No one was trying to climb up the wood chips, they all just accepted their fate. What if the claw was late? Sitting there doing nothing would've killed them[/sp]. Also am I the only one who saw a similarity between Lotso and the Prospector?
Claaaaaawwwwwww
I Just got back from seeing it. It was amazingly short to me, but I think it's because I was just so wrapped up in the plot. In the end, I really liked it, but it wasn't such a tear-jerker as it was made up to be. But, I found it an amazing movie and will probably go see it again.
My friend tina cried at the end lol
My friend tina cried at the end lol
I teared up a little at the end and my gf Syann called me a baby :saddowns: she just doesn't understand that I grew up with the Toy Story movies and that it was incredibly sad to see them come to an end.

It's too damn exciting to pass up.

That would show that bitch.
[sp]Are you sure? Knowing that the bear is now in the possession of Sid would be perfect.[/sp]
[sp]Sid is Andy's age. The one that ties Lotso is a lot older than andy. The garbage boy who rocks out is Sid.[/sp]

Death by monkeys.
Hey guys so you know how Pixar hides a character in each of their movies that have a significance in the following movie they create. Like in this picture. Boo is holding the fish that would be Nemo in a later movie. The boy in dentists office in Finding Nemo is reading a comic called The Incredibles. And Wall-E appeared in the 2D short in Ratatouille. Here is another example. In UP, you see Lotso in this scene which would be relevant in Toy Story 3. Now here is the interesting part. What about Toy Story 3? What thing/object/character from Toy Story 3 could be significant to a future Pixar movie? Well, skeptics say its Boo. Boo is at the bottom right.
