Hey guys so you know how Pixar hides a character in each of their movies that have a significance in the following movie they create. Like in this picture. Boo is holding the fish that would be Nemo in a later movie. The boy in dentists office in Finding Nemo is reading a comic called The Incredibles. And Wall-E appeared in the 2D short in Ratatouille. Here is another example. In UP, you see Lotso in this scene which would be relevant in Toy Story 3. Now here is the interesting part. What about Toy Story 3? What thing/object/character from Toy Story 3 could be significant to a future Pixar movie? Well, skeptics say its Boo. Boo is at the bottom right.
Where do you live? 70 days?
I live in sweden. Yep, the release day is 27 August 2010
Can someone tell me the ending? I can't wait any longer. :frown:
You can't see the movie for some time, so you decide the best solution is to get someone to ruin the movie for you?
I live in sweden. Yep, the release day is 27 August 2010
I feel for you, I really do...
-boo theory-
I thought Monsters Inc. 2 was going to have, like, a teenage Boo or something. Then the whole 'completely forgetten almost everything' makes sense, perhaps Boo's door is now derelict because it's been so long since Sully or anyone else's been there?

I don't know you tell me. Does that kid look like Boo? I want this brought to more people's attention we might be able to solve it. [editline]11:41AM[/editline] I thought that was a made up plot line about Monsters Inc 2. I don't know.
Why are you guys all going to this thread? I have a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY THREAD RIGHT HERE.

This thread is clearly on the film, your thread is on Toy Story in general. Just saw this, btw. I was in tears and I have no shame for it. [sp]I thought the movie was going to end with the toys being burned alive. I was going to be so pissed off if it did.[/sp]
There's already this thread to discuss Toy Story 3 in. :colbert:
Scuse me sir. That thread there does not precede this thread SHOOSH :downs:
[sp]That would have been the saddest ending to anything ever.[/sp]
[sp]Thank god for those damn Pizza Planet alien toys. I had completely forgotten about them after they got ran over by the tractor.[/sp]
incredible movie, it was surprisingly absolutely hilarious and emotional. easily top 3 of the year so far, along with kickass and ghost writer
I must also saw the movie was incredible. I almost felt like crying at the end, we can all relate to growing out of our toys.
I'm seeing it tomorrow, And I have no doubt that it will be amazing.
I walked out of the theatre to go to the bathroom before [sp]lotso let them burn[/sp] and came back [sp] when they were holding hands into the fire[/sp] I literally teared up right there
This was a really, really great film. Thank god I didn't even know the premise of the plot, or any basic synopsis - it made it so much more worthwhile and enjoyable for me.
This is my favorite film ever. The ending made me tear up.
This is my favorite film ever. The ending made me tear up.
ever? I don't know about that, but it's in my top 25. It takes a lot for a modern day movie to do that to me.

Just saw it, it is freaking awesomely sad :saddowns:
Why would you have gone to the bathroom at that part?
I saw him near the button and thought ''Okay this will be the typical happy ending whatever'' [sp]boy was I wrong[/sp]
I saw him near the button and thought ''Okay this will be the typical happy ending whatever'' [sp]boy was I wrong[/sp]
I knew he was going to do that. I was screaming "NOOOOOOO" in my head when they helped him up to the button. Fucking great movie though. Thank god it's not another movie that bombed the orignial classic.
I just got back from seeing it int 3D.....damn did it look good! Also, it was like a nostalgia nuclear bomb! I felt all warm and fuzzy inside and got goosebumps throughout the movie. Also, death by monkeys. I loved that.
I saw this at a local toy store (warning, spoilers): http://i50.tinypic.com/14ppnn.jpg It's pretty bad when a movie is spoiled by the cover of a Lego set.
I laughed when I saw this: [sp]The little girl at the end of the movie has Totoro which is because Pixar likes Miyazaki[/sp]
Went in with high expectations, still had them surpassed. That was the best Pixar film yet. [editline]10:05PM[/editline]
I laughed when I saw this:
fuck yeah totoro
I grew up watching Toy Story 1 & 2 litteraly over 200 times. I am sooooooooooooooo thrilled about this movie. Been waiting since I was a little lad for another toy story movie. and now it will be coming :D EDIT: Holy.. I didnt know we were this close to release (Europe) Cant wait!!
I went to watch it in 3D and it was definitely worth it. So beautiful. Also, did anyone else LOVE the short film they had before it? (Especially in 3D) I think it's my second favorite after Presto.
My favorite movie ever. Perfect. Also Day and Night was a fantastic short. My favorite is the one from up with the clouds. My gf fucking LOVED totoro.
God, I want to see this so bad. I'm gonna go see it tomorrow. Is the 3-D any good?
