Well, I managed to order one from Farnell.
But looking at the timestamps on the emails and comparing that to what Twitter is saying, apparently they were sold out when I managed to order it.
But it's all a bit fuzzy, I'm not logged into Twitter so the timestamp isn't accurate at all and I was pretty much blacked out socially when I ordered it (was in the backseat of my teacher's car, ordered from my phone).

I've registered my interest and looked around farnell's export but has anyone been able to place an order from sweden?

c) i havent quite decided what i want to use it for

Soldering surface mount components isn't an issue, provided you have the technique, tools and the patience, even a home user with decent magnification could do a 0402 part.

I've tried to do it and I've found it to be a pain in the ass.
Some kits do come with everything but the SMDs uninstalled, i'd go for one of those.
Is there any sequencer for ARM-architecture ? I want to make music on a Raspberry Pi so bad.
