On one hand I want to see a big green foam puppet wearing those armor pieces as a stand-in for the CGI Hulk.

I seriously dont understand why Shocker is treated like such a joke.
He has a legitimately cool looking design and his weapons are interesting and allow for visually appealing fight dynamics due to how they work, they're vibro-shock gauntlets, so he could do anything from just blast you, destroy structural supports, or causing mini quakes just by amping up the power and aiming down.

Shocker's treated as a joke in the main universe because it's an image he cultivated, as if people don't take him seriously then they underestimate him, giving him an advantage. Plus, it keeps him off the radar of bigger threats like The Punisher or The Avengers.
I don't think so, USM displayed him as a petty crook moron with toys. IIRC in the game you just wail on his ass like a regular goon when you meet him, kind of like DC's shocker rip off from batman arkham origins. The only competent thing he's done in USM was get lucky and have spiderman tied where he relayed essentially the same origin as vulture has, big tech company screwed me. Shocker should be badass like he is in the movie game and spectacular spiderman cartoon. If anything I think electro is better for a laugh
