The Fantastic Fours rights bring a lot more than just Ben, Johnny, Sue, and Reed.
You get all of their foes and supporting cast. You get Doom, you get Silver Surfer, Galactus, Annihilus, Kang, the Super Skrulls, and i think they might have Mephisto too.
Marvels been fucking begging for Surfer and Galactus, they originally had a deal in place to give Fox infinite rights to Daredevil if they could get them. I guarantee you if they got them back, they would have prominent scenes in both Infinity War movies and make a cameo in the next Guardians.
