The more details I get about Civil War the more it looks like a complete mess of a plot, at least on my perspective

I have a theory that's kind off based on the comics on some of the plot of the first Infinity War. [sp]Iron Man wields the Infinity Gauntlet and almost destroys the world(or his companions or something like that). After realizing his mistake he goes into exile.[/sp] This theory aligns with RDJ not signing any more contracts with Marvel as Iron Man.

I can see what you're coming from, and it'd be a loss, but I would still watch the hell out of the Marvel Movies. Iron Man was abscent from GoG and that was still one of the best Marvel Movies ever imho.
