I loved his Doctor like most, but then his Hamlet was exactly the same. It made me think he didn't really have a range. Either cheesily hyper or mournful gloomy. But here he is doing a british accent, not his natural Scottish, and it sounds and looks nothing like when he did the same accent for The Doctor. It's unnerving and creepy. There's one or two familiar mannerisms from The Tenth Doctor but it's mostly fresh. I'm quite excited by it all.

Nah sorry I'm 8 episodes in and Killgrave is exactly the same as the 10th Doctor in voice and mannerisms, he does the same "well" and turns in the same way as he does in Doctor Who.
Still very menacing and a great villain, perfect casting for this sort of thing. Great show too. Still holding out for a Matt Murdock cameo/appearance.
Killgrave made me watch the whole show, what have I done?
But really, it was great! I hope Daredevil season 2 will be as good.

So it turns out, in the sequence where Hank is in the microverse, the old Wasp is not just in 1-2 frames, she's there for almost a second, but in most frames it's just a silhouette. Here's the best one

Alright finished and it was pretty damn good. Not DD levels of good but once it got its groove ([sp]AKA around the episode Luke leaves and Killgrave is fully revealed IMO[/sp]) I got completely sucked in.
I felt Ritters acting at the start was pretty weak and, as bad as a a descriptor as it is, a little try-hard but she improved all round as the series progressed and by the end I definitely wanted to see more of her as Jessica.
Coltons Cage was fine I guess, he wasnt bad but he was pretty inoffensive but I hoping thats more to do with having to be a romantic lead as opposed to a pre-established character. I see a lot of potential, I just hope they get to use it in is own series since he wasnt as "rough" as he was portrayed in Alias or anywhere else.
Tennant was great as expected and the promise of him appearing is what kept me watching at the beginning.[sp]Backstory was pretty good but if there had been any less than what we got I woulda been annoyed. I hope that healing factor kicked in.[/sp]
Trish[sp]Best girl[/sp] and Simpson[sp]RED ONES[/sp] were both good as well and I was really interested in what way they were gonna do [sp]hellcat and Nuke. The fact Nuke didnt die has me hyped to see if he goes full crazy face paint during Defenders, assuming thats were he is showing up next. I did find kinda strange how much they would shit on the guy tho[/sp]
Trinty was meh, her drama with her wife felt like it was just getting in the way, easily the least interesting sub-plot.
Malcolm was great [sp]and Im so glad he didnt die.[/sp]
Effects and fights were pretty bad but they werent that important in the scheme of things
Im still trying to decide what I woulda done differently but as it goes it showed that the Netflix shows are gonna continue to be damn good.

just started out and so far i'm liking jessica jones more than any other marvel series (but then again i've only seen 2 episodes of daredevil so i don't know how good it gets)

i dont really like the character of Jessica Jones imo, bit of a cliche. I really like the show though - not sure if I think I want a second season. It's made me extremely hyped for the Luke Cage show.
I've also heard that Iron Fist has been replaced by Punisher and he'll get a series, is this true?

Up until the 8th or so episode, he was probably the slimiest villain I have ever seen in any super hero film. After that his motivations and plot got spread thin (I think the series should have been 10 episodes instead of 13), but he was still sick until the very end.

basically what this means is fox will wait until their contract expires and make a new film to extend the rights. so expect a reboot by 2023 or however long they signed a plan for.
