From the trailer I can see they fixed the issue with the comics where the fight was one-sided and basically anyone siding with Tony "The Old Fashioned Villain Killing Innocents" was a tool, and Captain was a spotless white knight. Here we have everything blended into a various shades of grey and I'm loving it.

I hated Ultron, didn't mind Ant-Man but felt it was too formulaic.
This looks better but to be fair the early Ultron trailers looked decent, too.
Russos are good so I'm more hopeful.

Trailer seems to focus more on Cap and his supporting cast plus Tony as opposed to the guest star heroes. I assume we'll get the whole guest star trailer during the Superbowl alongside the first Spidey shot.

The movies really fail to show the friendship they have in the comics, which is understandable due to screen time. They're not the best of friends, but they're far from being a moment away from being enemies.

Anyway, the trailer really puts away some of my fears that they're just using this film as a psuedo-Avengers movie instead of a Captain America movie. Really hope they stay focused on him throughout it.

I wouldn't mind if they used the civil war movie as a bridge to avoid making ten billion more origin stories and just have characters like black panther and spiderman skip straight to the point and just be around.

They sort of lay the foundations tho with [sp]her doing krav maga training and being super gungho about stopping Kilgrave/helping Jess out. She does get a taste of superpowers temporarily tho[/sp]
As if seeing Civil War isn't exciting enough, the Spring season of AOS will probably play heavily into it, like it did with Winter Soldier.

Avengers fight big robot army, stuff gets smashed. War Machine, Falcon, Scarlet Witch and Vision join the Avengers.
Probably all that you'll need to know for civil war tbh.
