I would actually like to see that. But Hopkins does such a great job.
I doubt Hopkins will continue reprising the role over and over.

God damn
I hope Wesley Snipes reprises Blade
Call me dumb, but I really liked the first Ghost Rider movie. I kinda wish it was the canon MCU version of Ghost Rider.
Not the second one though... seriously, fuck the second one.

i thought the guy in the show did a fine job
but snipes should be the go-to choice.

the second one is the better one imo. first ghost rider just felt bland and uninspired. second one came close to breaking the b-movie shackles that made me dislike the first one so much, but didn't quite get there
worth noting that ghost rider 2 was directed by the guys who made crank and crank 2. just imagine what it could've been as an R rated film

and it had idris elba (!!!!111)
they're both good and bad
though i'm more inclined to agree with killjoy, marvel knights needs to stick to animated films.
If they are going to kill off characters they should start with Jane Foster, fuck that woman

There is a rumor going around now that she is going to become [sp]Female Thor from the recent comics at the end of Thor 3[/sp]:

I hope it isn't true.
I don't actively dislike Natalie portman but I'd hate to see that role be wasted on her
She ain't a bad actress in general but I don't know whether she's not trying at all or if Jane is just poorly written
She ain't a bad actress in general but I don't know whether she's not trying at all or if Jane is just poorly written
There's nothing wrong with Natalie Portman, if you've seen Black Swan or Closer then you know she's a more than capable actress. It's just that Jane Foster as a character is complete ass. Meryl Streep couldn't make those lines sound good. The character is just a boring blob simple as that.
I always felt that Jane Foster was put there for the sole reason that Thor had a romantic interest too like all the other superheros.
It's so far been a massive waste of Portman and everybody else who shares scenes with her. You can tell Portman doesn't care as much as she could and nobody really knows what to do with her.
Her only defining characteristics are "I love science" and "I love Thor". Compared to Pepper and Peggy who both feel pretty real.
But it's not the first time Portman has been rammed into a major franchise, given utter shit and visibly given up on screen a little bit more with each new installment.
It's not only on her tbh. Hemsworth doesn't really have chemistry with her

Everyone would have no chemistry with someone who played (in this particular movie) like a fricking mannequin.
I honestly wonder why they picked her for Jane Foster after the prequels.
[Editline]people should stop putting words into my mouth[/editline]
Here, made my opinion 1000% more clear.

confirmed for not having seen black swan
or just not a fan of natalie portman

I never said she has no talent. Her problem (imho) is that she doesn't care about "nerd stuff".
Or atleast it looks like it.

Um
Um
Point out the moment when I said she's acting like a mannequin in every movie she ever was.
you pretty much did, dude.
Introduce Miles once MCU Peter gets too old for "teen superhero" to be his schtick.
Have him progress from "friendly neighborhood" to "full-fledged Avenger/scientist", then bring in a new face to fill his youthful niche.
If you kill off the dorky teen Spider-Person only to introduce another, differently-colored dorky teen Spider-Person, it'll come off as a shallow attempt to surprise people with a pointless death because you couldn't think of anything interesting to do.
[sp]Like with Age of Ultron.[/sp]
Wish you guys would get over Miles Morales. They're not going to do it. Introducing him would require an origin story, which they have clearly stated is done and over with for Spiderman.
It's going to be Peter Parker, end of discussion. It would just lead to confusion for non-comicbook fans why this unknown is suddenly Spiderman and not Peter Parker, which would inevitably make the movie go down in ratings - financial suicide.
I see no reason why they wouldnt introduce him a bit further down the line when things begin to stagnate. not familiar with miles personally but theres plenty of ways they could go about a fresh origin story, people love peter but weve had three iterations now and I am beginning to see people get tired of him.

'financial suicide' is pushing it

wtf no i dont want to start a new page, take me back facepunch
if we're getting a solo spider-man film, miles could absolutely be thrown in as a supporting character.
hell, if they get glover, he could be like an older supportive friend-brother dude to holland, it can be done.
I don't think we'll even see a full origin story for Peter in the MCU tbh. If he does get a movie of his own, it will probably work like The Incredible Hulk. He starts as a superhero, with his powers, we don't get to see him turning.
It would be awesome if they had the origin in the opening credits like in the Raimi films to catch people who don't know the origin up. And I think that's also how they do it in The Incredible Hulk.
