This is the MCU thread and Deadpool isn't apart of it, correct. However, there is nothing new in the MCU until DD2 and Civil War. There's nothing to talk about apart from small teasers for future projects from time to time so ofcourse people are gonna talk about other Marvel projects unrelated to the MCU, like the new X-Men movie and Deadpool.

One of them is wearing a mostly black suit and a black/orange helmet (or mask) while the other is wearing a red suit with some black elements.
It's really not that hard to see which is which. Especially since one of them is Batman as a mercenary (excessive wanking included) while the other is Spiderman as a mercenary (plus 4th wall breaking)
