I explained this away with Fisk having most likely sealed him away from any other human interaction leaving an already poor mind to deteriorate in seclusion. I think not operating under the treat of the dead of his beloved Betsy(whoever she are, if just a figment of his imagination) has had a positive impact on his mind [sp]as is evident in season 2 as you point out[/sp]

The Punisher arc is way more interesting than the Elektra arc. [sp]It's a shame that he gets relegated to the b-plot[/sp] in the second half of the season.

I don't care about "boohoo protect her", I'm tired of this. I just want her and Foggy to know about it and stop with the evasion of the subject. Halfway through the season, hoping that all of this is set up for a Punisher spin-off.
Elektra's story and scenes aren't [I]bad[/I], they're just really not as good when compared to the Punisher story. I think it's being eclipsed by Frank Castle and that's just making it seem bad when if on its own would be really good.

Maybe I should watch the next episode if it plays out in the long run, but that scene just felt like bad writing and a terrible plot convenience.
Finished S2. While it was fucking incredible and Punisher is 10/10, finale spoilers [sp]I expected a LOT more of him, not just a pewpew see you around, red. While it was really cool, I wanted more of him. A lot more, he deserves more screen time damnit! The whole ancient chinese secret shit was rushed because first half of season was Punisher, then he was thrown out of a window pretty much and replaced by The Black Sky. Punisher wasnt forgotten about completely, of course, but he was thrown aside so far from Daredevil it was to see that :([/sp]

Just finished episode 4, really enjoying this season more than the first. The Punisher is such a great character.
Can't wait for the inevitable Punisher mini-series.
Also, really wish they didn't bother with the Luke Cage mini-series. Going to be the first one I really don't care about, though i'll still watch it. In my opinion I'd rather see someone like spider-man getting a Netflix series.

Only if they take the route they did with Spiderman - completely new set of actors, no ties whatsoever to previous films by other companies, fresh start and no origin movie that's been done to death already.

I dunno though, hugh Jackman was born to play wolverine, it'll be quite hard seeing anyone else try to play him.
