:thatwasfunnyright:
So I'm at WonderCon in LA, and I was able to get a spot in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. panel. All the main characters showed up, including one of my favorite actors, Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson).
During the Q&A, a little girl, probably 7 years old, tried to ask a question, but she was so nervous that she started stammering, so Clark invited her onto the panel. Her face was full of shock it was great.
My phone camera is terrible, this is the only picture I could get.
The streaming service is eyeing a potential stand-alone series called The Punisher, a Daredevil spinoff, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

This shouldn't be a surprise. [sp]Daredevil ended with him in full costume and at the same time closed the story between him and the cast of Daredevil. We know he's got more story to be told as he took that CD at the end. Where else are they going to go with him from there other than his own series?[/sp]

I think there's a lot of ground for a great Agents of Shield/Marvel Netflix crossover.
I would like to see the Agents working with Daredevil/Jessica/Luke Cage. Just a fun one off. I understand it's hard to work them into the movies as TV can produce much quicker than cinema. But there's plenty of room for ABC/Netflix magic.

I'm not too hopeful for Most Wanted. What could that possibly bring to the table?

More Bobbi and Hunter fun times. :dog:
Although I might be in the minority of actually being interested in the two characters, so whatever.

glad. should have done this from the beginning instead of wasting time with luke cage.
glad. should have done this from the beginning instead of wasting time with luke cage.
Its a shame, luke cage could be great but they spent so much time on him in jessica jones that he doesn't really need 13 more episodes of character development

(more) Mockingbird! :v:

Nah, Luke Cage has a ton of untapped history that nobody really knows about.
Hell, most of his villains dont even have wikipedia entries. Despite being relatively famous, nobody really knows much about Luke Cage besides him being a bulletproof black man.
I hope he gets the chain.
(more) Mockingbird! :v:
I think that's the only reason I should be excited for this, really.
I'm looking forward to the Luke Cage series. I grew up an X-Men fan more than a general Marvel fan, so the MCU versions of things is giving me a good window into the parts of the universe that I never paid much attention to.
Also I'm looking forward to more Mockingbird, but I hope Hunter drowns in a river.

[sp]he never uses the minigun[/sp]
[sp]:([/sp]
As cool as it was I couldn't help but feel [sp]There was some Punisher action cut from that final fight. They really clearly showed us the mini-gun last time we saw him before he spray painted the skull. Seems a bit weird he got dressed up in body armour to snipe from a distance[/sp]
[editline]30th March 2016[/editline]
Also well done Marvel for yet again spoiling [sp]the finale episode costume reveals by sticking them in the marketing. It's like last year when the Daredevil costume appeared on the Netflix thumbnail. You spend the whole time getting excited for that costume reveal and it ruins the nice surprise when it happens[/sp]
I've just read civil war, and as unlikely as it is to happen I'd love to see the punisher vs cap fight from the comics.

the only reason we got the skull in the promos was because everyone was bitching about no skull
I've started watching the Spectacular Spiderman cartoon series, holy shit it's really good. It's nice to see the Enforcers outside of the 1960's.

The only flaws of that cartoon are the art style, which isn't bad, but doesn't feel right, and that it took some elements from the Raimi movies, the Venom episode in particular (some dialogues felt like they were taken straight from the movie, and the black suit design is also really similiar to the movie version).
Other than that, it's really great, it's a shame that they cancelled it for that Ultimate Spiderman bullshit

Just got finished with the first season. I really liked the Venom episode, even if it felt like the majority of the episode was a flash back battle. I liked Venom himself, he moved and acted like how I felt Venom should. Sucks that after this season it's all done. And about the art style, I know very little about 2d animation but I suspect they chose the simplistic (but not necessarily bad) art style so they could spend less time doing dialogue and more doing the awesome battles.
EDIT: I also love the quips and how half the villains get their names given to them as jokes.

it's like no movie company ever picked a bad poster when they had better options!
