Cap just started sprinting immediately coming out of the car, what a beast.
I noticed that you can see the "Metlife" Building in the background of Daredevil. In 'the Avengers" it's the Stark tower (Stark tower takes it's place), so DareDevil can't be in the MCU.

They just couldn't be arsed editing it in there. Don't worry, DD is still MCU.
Iron Fist has finished casting and has started filming.

Also Danny currently looks like he's a hacky sack pro

Although it kinda looks like him, I won't be able to tell until he has the mask on.
He probably won't have his mask on until the last episode
We'll probably see promotional material with the whole costume later on, in filming, though, based on how things have gone with Daredevil.
I would be surprised if Iron Fist didn't appear in costume until the last episode given that his costume is very simple in design.

Depends if they armour it up really.
Up until the last episode he'll just have a paper bag with two eye holes poked into it.
If they want to go hard on the no colours thing I say just go hand wraps, yellow mask, green pants and bare torso with the tattoo. Also separates him from Daredevil plenty

I liked that in Daredevil season 1. Matt finally wearing a devil costume lined up with him accepting his dark side and embracing it. It felt like a good way to symbolise the character arc.

Completely agree with the last point, should have saved Spiderman's reveal
God Whiplash sucked, what a pointless villain.
I really don't know why people always bring up a similar argument to the "no stakes" part.
It's like forget that the MCU is an adaptation and unneeded character deaths would only complicate further films. Even if it's a "minor" character.
Also, a story can be fueled by better things than a pile of bodies.
It's more of a criticism that every character has plot armor more than "we want the story to be fed this way".
It's just hard to make the audience feel as though any character's life is ever in jeopardy if no one, even minor characters, ever actually dies. See the end of Serenity. After Wash, I was sure that anyone of them could go down. That said, you have to do it right.[sp]Quicksilver in AoU[/sp]is not a good example of doing it right.
As for mistakes made in the Marvel Universe, I have two off the top of my head, and they're even related:
1. Making Loki's staff the Mind Gem. Can't penetrate inches of Arc Reactor? Able to be defeated with a bonk on the head? Worst Infinity Gem ever.
2. Thanos has not been established as a threat. All we've seen him do is lose or have his minions talk back to and then betray him. (Also he handed Loki one of the gems on purpose? What?)

I think he just doesn't want to be established as a threat until he's powerful enough. Maybe he's looking for the weaknesses of his enemies before striking

Yes and no.
Big fat no to serenity and Whedon's lolsupporting chararer deff deffs lololol crayonwritersmeeting, it's like calling Cameron a progressive director with strong women when the actuality is he had a sexual fetish for it and was literally advertizing in his movies, until he actually married two and decided that was a really expensive and probably stupid and unhealthy fetish when they divorced him and one of them (allegedly) beat him up. Same for Whedon, no one actually important to story progression gets killed in his pieces and stay dead, ever.
You're right on Thanos, they have a very uphill climb in establishing why most of the Marvel universe is very very frightened of him, but the Russos can very likely do it cleanly and well.
Whedon may not kill important characters, but he does kill popular ones.
[editline]20th April 2016[/editline]
At least in Serenity's case

you saying coulson wasn't popular before the avengers?
I honestly didn't really care about Coulson's death too much
you saying coulson wasn't popular before the avengers?
Tbh, I didn't care that much about him until The Avengers. It was nice to see him in the other movies, but he didn't really have much character until Avengers
I honestly didn't really care about Coulson's death too much
yeah and
[agents of shield spoiler]
[sp]they pussed out on his death anyway, they pulled a supernatural and "Surprise, he didnt actually die lol"[/sp]
Really don't think you need to spoiler that considering AoS has been out for like 3 years and it was discovered what happened to him in the first season.
Literally within the first 10 minutes, if not less, of the first episode, he's revealed to be alive. Spoiler tags aren't necessary for something like that.
Really don't think you need to spoiler that considering AoS has been out for like 3 years and it was discovered what happened to him in the first season.
it was also in the trailers, pretty much 90% of the marketing was "oh snap coulson's alive?"
So Natalie Portman is not returning for Thor Ragnarok. Does that mean they are just going to completely ignore her character and move on or is she making a small appeareance to give closure to her character?
or maybe they just don't want to add a sappy romance subplot for once? it seems like they'll either not be on earth at all, or only for a short amount of time. there was also hints of sif in the dark world, they might push that envelope a bit further.
