Spiderman was actually perfection, I don't know how good he will be in a solo movie without the chemistry from the other heroes but he was really good in CW
can we please skip out the uncle ben story and go straight for [sp]uncle tony[/sp]
think you mean [sp]mr stark[/sp]
Everything about this film was done so fucking perfectly. Multiple times I had to stop myself saying holy shit at the action or giggling like a moron at the comedy. It's so good. [sp]Spider-mans' "YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT" was great. Best comedy moment was definitely Bucky and Falcon in that fucking Beetle. "Can you move your seat forward." "No.". And the bro-smile they gave Cap as he finally kissed Sharon. This movie was everything it was hyped to be and more. Seriously. I'm going again.[/sp]
Going to see it tomorrow with friends. Wasn't really following the movie but now I'm Super hyped!
PUNISHER NETFLIX CONFIRMED
It’s official: The Punisher is getting his own TV series. EW has learned that Marvel has ordered a spin-off starring vigilante character introduced in Daredevil season 2. Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as vengeful military veteran Frank Castle, who brings his own lethal form of justice to Hell’s Kitchen. Writer and executive producer Steve Lightfoot (Hanniba, Casualty) will serve as showrunner. Marvel’s The Punisher marks the sixth series ordered (so far) as part of the collaboration between Netflix and Marvel Television, including the upcoming Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and the ensemble miniseries The Defenders – along with Jessica Jones and the aforementioned Daredevil. (And in case you’re wondering, as we are, whether Bernthal’s character will also be added to The Defenders lineup, that’s not yet clear – though it seems likely he’ll at least pop in for an appearance.) Word that Netflix was working on a potential Punisher spin-off was first reported by TV Line last summer. Netflix and Marvel are expected to publicly announce the project later Friday. Here is the first teaser image for the new series:
http://www.ew.com/article/2016/04/29/punisher-marvel-netflix?xid=entertainment-weekly_socialflow_twitter [editline]29th April 2016[/editline] Twitter page changed their cover photo and avatar as well
Yesss I loved Bernthal's performance.
Fucking HYPED for Punisher. He was the best part of DD season 2, Bernthal is excellent. Seeing Civil War tonight as well. Gonna be good.

So good.
Don't know if I'm allowed to post the same thing I did in the other thread, but here goes... Captain America: Civil War The story felt disjointed and a bit messy. By trying to give enough screentime and unique storyarchs to each character I felt like the focus was drifted away from the whole civil war plotline. In the first half of the movie I didn't feel very intrigued, and honestly didn't know where the plot was really going. All the plots and roads cross only in the last act really, and the film being as long as it is didn't manage to hold my interest all that much. IMO Winter Soldier is superior in terms of storytelling and managing to build suspense. It's really more of a winter soldier sequel than a cap vs iron man confrontation, unlike what the trailers seemed to imply. Spidey and Black Panther are welcome additions and the actors/characters are fine (the actor who plays spiderman seems promising), although the film does feel crowded at certain points. It's not a bad movie by any means, I'd put it between a 7-8 just for spectacle value, although below the surface it's really just another marvel movie that adds little to what we've already seen in the universe. If you don't like marvel movies, this won't change your mind. The action was great as always, however the 3D completely ruined it for me. The scenes were all choppy and the stereoscopy didn't work at all since during fast moving scenes I could basically see the two seperate images. Unfortunately there wasn't a 2D showing so I had to stick will that awful gimmick that I hope will die and burn in the near future. Seriously, is it just my theatre or did anyone else notice how crappy the 3D was?
All the Punisher show has to do is follow the MAX stories and it would be fucking gold H Y P E
Spider-Man. Holy fuck. 2017 can't come fast enough. He stole that film.
I had sweet sweet tears of joy watching Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark on screen with a perfect Peter Parker. One thing that did stick out to me: [sp]Pepper Potts. Her and Tony had a strong relationship, it was an example of romance done well in a superhero film. Last we saw they were happy. Now they've broken up off screen. All a bit strange, if they couldn't get Paltrow for the film they could've just mentioned she was busy. Then I realised she was conveniently not around (like Portman) for Avengers 2 too. I'm getting the impression she's refusing to come back (like allegedly Portman) so they've wrote her out.[/sp]
The movie was way lighter than I expected. That one scene though...[sp] Howard recognized Bucky...[/sp]
If you're on the Netflix punisher hype reminder that the 2004 movie (regarded as best prior to daredevil s2) is on streaming and so is some cartoon movie with Punisher and Black Widow in the title
Civil war was fantastuc. Gonna check out in imax next
The movie was way lighter than I expected. That one scene though...[sp] Howard recognized Bucky...[/sp]
That sorta annoyed me [sp] He met Bucky like what, a couple of times? 50 or so years before that scene too, so him remembering Bucky straight away is really weird and felt forced to give the scene an extra emotional kick it didn't need [/sp] I really liked this film though. It felt so refreshing. Funny when it could be (the Airport fight, where it's established that the heroes don't really want to hurt each other and are half-goofing around) and incredibly serious & emotional when it had to be (the final fight). This film is head and shoulders above Avengers 2.

Just saw it, the worst part of the movie imo was [sp]Martin Freeman's American voice[/sp]
Y'know what I liked the most about Civil War? Diversity. I love Steve, Tony, Scott, Peter, Natasha, the whole gang. But something bubbled up within me when I saw Black Panther. I couldn't help but smile when I saw the Falcon. [sp]I felt so giddy when I found out Rhodes wasn't gonna die.[/sp] I felt like I was a part of that universe. I was seeing people with my skin color fighting against and alongside some of my all-time favorite characters. Seeing Black Panther on the big screen, it made me feel so... so happy. Like, here was a guy who looked like me, whose problems I related to, who I cheered and booed, who I welcomed to the family with open arms. I haven't felt like this since Spider-Man 2, and this felt different. In a much bigger way. Man, I loved this movie so much.
I really want to see Wanda and Vision developing their relationship, [sp]their discussion at the Avengers HQ kinda made them look like they complete each other in some way[/sp]

It's not about the quantity but the quality.
Coincidentally Spider-Man's lines had more quality too
The more I think of Spider-Man the more content I get. They nailed him in so many fucking levels. When this song played I almost cried of joy, this has been one of my favorite bands lately
Coincidentally Spider-Man's lines had more quality too
Whether it's true or not, the number of lines is still arbitrary to how good a character is played isn't compared to another.
damn why does rest of world get it first but america is left in the dust
Piracy, release schedules, movies make more overseas than they do in America because of theater price rates.
just saw it is good movie theres people in it and they do things
