is regular white paper suitable for joints? - General

There's something I don't understand.. Why don't you just go outside, walk to a 24/7 and buy (or ask an adult to buy it for you) a pack or rolling papers? I'd suggest you to ask for a simple pack of Zig-Zags, where I live they cost 1'00$ for 100 sheets.

It's ok once in a while, but doing it every day will have shitty consequences...

NO. Do not smoke with printer paper. It will do longer term damage, and is just uhealthy. Same with cans. If you really need to, make a home-made bong, but make sure NO plastic is heated up too badly while smoking from it.
