According to wikipedia, athletes/weightlifters get some kind of delayed sleeping pattern disorder which seems to be the thing I have atm. I wake up in the middle of the night sweating as fuck, and I can't get any sleep before 6 in the morning.
I'll prob try to ease up on the PR'ing and see how it goes. Have been PR'ing each training session the last month so.

it has major influence;
if you have a functional lordosis, then it might mean the following; tight hamstrings, quads, calves, soleus, bad neural activation patterns, discrepancies between your glute muscles which obviously means you're more prone to injury, and performing at sub-par performance constantly as you're body isn't able to produce a "perfect" squat. a perfect squat uses your whole body just as you would with bench or deadlift.

Also I'm thinking of changing my 3 day split to a 4 day split since I've realised now I really neglected some muscles with my 3 day since I can't actually fit them in. I use to do Chest and Tris, Back and Bis, and then Shoulders and Legs.
I might change my split to:
- Chest & tris
- Back & bis
- Shoulders & abs/obliques
- Legs (including calves now) & forearms
I have a few questions about this though.
Is this a good split?
Am I missing anything?
Should I chuck rear delts on with shoulders or back? I want to focus on my lats big time so I'm thinking shoulders.
rear delts are part of your shoulders , so yeah, the logical thing to do would be to put them on shoulders day.
a good routine in my opinion is one that utillizies strength elements aka progressive loading of weights and a variey of rep ranges 4-6, 6-8, 8-12 and 15.
if your routine is that kind, the kind that gives you the ability to load weights on a weekly, monthly, whatever basis and uses all the reps ranges and not just a specific one in the premise that it's "the best" then yes this program is fine.

Holy shit Im back, and Im gonna restart lifting today. I went to check the university's gym yesterday, its kinda ghetto. Weights are old, theres a lot of machines but Im not planning on using them anyway. Sadly theres no squat rack, so thats gonna suck
