I'm quite amazed by the fact that the cookies and cream whey I bought not only tastes good, but it actually tastes like liquid cookies. It doesn't even have much carbs. And it works with hot milk too - a great replacement for chocolate milk.

I've heard HIIT is pretty effective, plus it's not hard to do. All the hot girls are starting to hit the gym now for summer. God damn this morning, hottest chick I've ever seen and shes doing straight leg dead lifts. Then while I'm stretching after my workout she starts stretching as well doing the splits with a low cut shirt on and everything right in my face. It's really quite hard to not look like a perv.
