other day i squatted 115kg atg
i felt my cheeks touch the floor
ffs, only squatting 110 atm. gonna try some light training again tomorrow. Hope my shoulders don't fuck up again if i stretch and foam roll properly.
Whats a good way to squat when you dont have a squat rack in your gym? Ive been pretty much doing cleans and resting the bar on the front for squats, but the weight of how much I can squat is getting limited by the capacity of how heavy I can clean.
Also, since the smallest weights in my gym are 5kg, that means I can only increase as little as 10kg per workout, too much right?

well to be fair, I injured my wrist so I can't do cleans or heavy snatches for a while.

a year, when january starts. most of the year i did powerlifting, done oly lifting for about 1 and a half month now.
Anyways, lifted today after 3 days of restin, stretching and foamrolling. My 50kg snatches felt good, altough my hang is a bit crooked. dunno if it's because of some balance issues or that my left arm is weak. gonna practice a lot of snatch balance.
so in a year, how much did the weight, in pounds increase on the bar?

In Kg's
Squat = 50 to 110
Front squat = 30 to 90
Bench = 30 to 70 (had shoulder injury and I'm not doing it anymore cuz of Oly liftan).
DL = 60 to 125
Snatch = 20 to 55
C&J = 30 to 72
BW 77.5

I've been lifting on and off since 2010 but I started a serious strength/power/oly/whatever routine in like May this year

also found a paper that i had all my weights from like the first month i started lifting the other day
in LBs
bench - 160 5x5
incline DBs - 50s 6-8x4
decline DBs - same
squat - 180 5x5
deadlift - 180 5x5
bunch of other small numbers. wasn't so bad when i started out, considering some people can't even bench like 80 lbs when they start. got dat strength
now after ~2-3 years of lifting
bench - 330 6-8x5
squat - 515 6 reps, do pyramid though
deadlift - 550 6-8x3
such is life
My goal is to do 170 db bent pressssssssssssssssssssssss

I don't see why everyone is reacting to him that way. Unless its because he thinks hes just going to magically 'get built' which, even as an amateur, I know won't happen without extreme effort/time and possibly the assistance of steroids.
