Working out while sore, is it gud?
I went swimming yesterday and it left me sore as hell for some reason but I don't want to skip today's session just because of it, will my penis shrink if I work out while sore tonight.

There is such a thing as overtraining. I don't think doing cardio two days in a row will hurt anything, but you definitely need to give a rest day to your muscles after lifting.

said fuck it again today and benched 75kg for 5 reps. that shit was scary though, i felt a little pain in my right elbow. benched 60kg for 8 reps for the first time too. praise satan for progress
