That video was on several finnish news sites and there was a huge hype around it. She is in good shape, but I hate how everyone makes it seem like that that's somehow really superb. Girls should realize all that is achievable to just about every normal girl if they just would fucking do proper workouts instead of using treadmill, sitting for hours in the thigh abductor machine and doing various 100 rep sets with pink 2kg dumb bells.

I'm not gonna make a thread about this but I wanna get some sort of workout routine going on since I'm a skinny bastard. I'm thinking that, instead of doing like 3 allround workouts a week or something, would it be a good idea to focus on like, 1 muscle group a day? Or maybe 2-3 every other day?

It's a tricky question. I know how you feel though, as I was in the same boat.
What I did isn't necessarily correct or anything.
I started out with doing; Monday: Chest & triceps; Wednesday: Back and biceps; Friday: Shoulders and legs. I only went for light weight and perfect form the first month and then advanced to training a few more days a week.
Now. What I would recommend you is to eat 6 times a day, do light weight, and focus on compound movements. (Eg. Bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press and so forth) To really build that foundation of strenght.
Nooow. You can try SL5x5, which is a pretty good starter.
Day A:
Squats: 5x5
Bent Over Rows: 5x5
Bench Press: 5x5
Day B:
Squats: 5x5
Deadlift: 1x5
Overhead Press: 5x5
You alternate days and lift on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
So let's say you start this monday:
Week A:
Monday is Day A
Wednesday is Day B
Friday is Day A again
You then rest on the weekend until monday is around again. Then on Monday, you do:
Week B:
Monday is Day B
Wed. is Day A
Friday is Day B
and you keep alternating between Week A, and Week B.
Remember; Diet is everything, I cannot stress this enough. Eat 5-6 times a day, and a lot, otherwise you won't see shit changing. Quick edit: Unhealthy food doesn't count towards building a good physique
