It's a bit harsh telling him what to do. I'm not telling you what to do, but it's not exactly helping him. Different programs have different purposes, as well as high reps contra low reps, which is why I'm encouraging him to try out different stuff until he finds what works for him.

This might be the wrong thread to post this in but whatever fuck it. Anyways, I used to weigh 190, but now I weigh 157. I slimmed down a lot, but my friend who weighs 150 on the dot, who is about 5"8.3 and I'm like 5"10.6, looks a lot thinner. How is it that I'm taller and only weigh 7 more pounds than him, but I look fatter?
because he doesn't have as much fat as you.

Need help on how to train legs, I've never done much leg workouts due to leg injuries but now I'm fully recovered and I can start and shit. How do I do squats and deadlifts with dumb bells? I suck at form since they're not forms I'm used to at all.
