OJ Simpson too, not only was he big as shit, he was in before steroids were big, and set a world record on a relay team in college. Every player at every position, is a physical freak of nature. Creatine makes your body hold water or something so your body respond by trying to flush it out more often.

Just check youtube for proper techniques, once you get the hang of it it's not hard to do. Start off light to get technique, and once you have that then go a bit heavier. Also make sure you push through your heels more with squats (imo).
I can't squat though because I have a bad ankle, so I use the leg press instead. If you use the leg press make sure you don't go so heavy that you hurt yourself. I find if I do more than 220 kg I crush my bladder a bit and my bladder control is all weird for the rest of the day.

Hmm, I also noticed that after I do my workout, sometimes I have to pee, like, every 1-1.5 hours... and it's all water, doesn't even turn yellow.

The only supplement that people should take is Whey protein. And that mostly when you're on a serious mass building program or you just can't eat a good meal in the next 30 minutes after the end of a session. (catabolism is already in place so you're going to have a long time building muscle)

I unfortuantely don't have access to a barbell, all I have are dumb bells, I'm short on money and the closest gym is about 3 km away and it's a female-only gym, the second closest gym is about 30 miles away and I have no car.

Ofc, but it's highly unlikely to get it at a young age. It's more of an old people disease(and I have none of the other symptoms).
Haven't taken creatine today, and my peeing is back to normal.
