I'm starting mandatory military service in January. Cucumber uniform and potatoes, here I come. I really don't know how I should make my goals during the time. I'll probably spend a year there. Apparently there's an OK gym but the food is made of carbs only. To see how many mornings I've got left, click here

If you're planning on staying fit, make sure you eat everything you're given. Some additional food is also sold in cafeterias. Protein bars and/or powder would be wise to consider as well.
snip wrong thread
stacks on stacks on stacks
I can't fucking make my mind up. Bulk or not bulk? I'm gaining pretty fine at the 10-12 % bodyfat I'm at now, but I'd hate to get fatter.. I mean, if you eat well and get enough calories, you can stay " lean " all year round right?
just eat n lift u nanner fiddler
staying lean a year round is a goal type thing. It's not something you fly-by, it needs your constant attention; how much are you gaining weekly, is your goal to bulk or maintain, how is your training, how much carbs, protein and fats, are you weighing everything? have you hit your macros each and every day?
Usually go through this a day Breakfast. 100-200 grams of oats with skim milk Maybe a banana, apple or so Snack inbetween Nuts, apple, banana, orange etc. Lunch. Mostly some meat ( chicken, duck, salmon, beef, whatever they have in the canteen basically ) with vegetables / pasta / rice. When I get home, I usually blend some oats with whey powder, some milk or low fat yogurt, peanutbutter, nuts etc.. then some berries or such. After that, I go work out, and have a shake after that When I get home again, dinner is usually ready ( I'm 16 so I still live with my parents ), have some of that and then before bed I usually grab some skyr ( icelandic miracle stuff, roughly 10-12 % protein, 3-5 % carbs, and like zero fat. ) Aaand I go through a gallon of water a day.
Get some fucking vegetables in there son
Lunch + dinner is like 50 % veggies

Going to take a month in the big city after christmas. Already got hold of an Oly-lifting club and going to be training and getting coached. Best part is that it's completely free.
try mixing it with protein powder, any taste, and mix it gooood. shits delicious yo
skyr is cool, expensive dough
skyr is cool, expensive dough
Not that bad. here it's what equals to 4 dollars for a liter.
if you're not bulking on at least 4k calories a day right now you should probably quit living life and just go into seclusion like gollum or something
