Was all excited to lift today and shit because it's monday, lo and behold I wake up incredibly fucking sore because I went snowboarding yesterday and I fell more times than I care to count, literally all my muscles are aching horribly and I can't lift like that.

What is better to gain pure strength, not musclemass. Bodyweight exercises or still weightlifting?

Aiming for that, is weightlifting better or bodyweight exercises will be dominating in this question?

question the ceiling where i have my rack set up is only 7' when i press the weights will hit the ceiling is it ok to do it sitting down with a barbell
