What's the best way to cycle PWO like NO Xplode or Assault? I read 12 on 4 off for NO but that seemed a bit long as I gained tolerance before 12 weeks

so, my coach has set me up for my first weightlifting comp/meet. I'm a bit nervous. I mean, after 2 days of coaching? Gonna go for it anyway.
just do it to get a feel of it you big bumpus [editline]4th January 2013[/editline] holy piss just worked out goddam i can't bench for shit lol, i couldn't get 255. got a good chest workout tho and my wrist wasn't hurting THAT bad, still fucked up doe. then i squatted, only have 295lbs of weight total including the bar and there in 10's and shit so i just did like 4 sets at 255 for 3 reps, it was easy but fuck man i'm just not used to squatting. I was exhausted from that shit and even though i had other stuff to do i yolo'd it and here i am.
i always get this dull pain in my lower back after squatting. is this normal?
I wanna get fit again, I used to be toned as hell, abs and all tight. Luckily I haven't let myself slip too much, but I wanna get back to the state I was. Considering either dancing again or doing gymnastics, I used to do it when I was a lot younger and enjoyed it, I'm flexible so I guess that gives me a good head start. For now I've got some ankle and wrist weights on, I've got a bastard cold and this work out is already making me feel loads better

I'd love to, but there's the time issue with college, work and maintaining a social life. I'm thinking about rhythmic gymnastics, since in a way it incorporates both. There's a place near me that does it so I might check it out :) I used to do it when I was like 3, like dancing around with a ribbon and whatever but I think my mum just made me do it because she thought it was cute.
