[QUOTE=The Mute;39120682]goodluck, weight class?[/QUOTE] hoping for 77kg but, I think it will be more likely that I will lift in the 85kg category. i just eat and lift, will probably have to go to 85kg's anyway in a few years.

[QUOTE=TaniaTiger;39123116]so I'd work out right now but I don't want better abs than my boyfriend. dilemma[/QUOTE] If you want to be DYEL 2/10 wnb go ahead.
come again?
why are you posting on the workout forum if you don't want to work out?
I think I just needed motivation but it's fine now, found it
good. and get your wussy boyfriend to workout with you.
I keep dropping hints and shit, he used to use weights but he's given up. He says him and his mate are going to join a gym this year but I highly doubt he will, he said the same thing last year.
You can't force people to lift. It's something that drives you from the inside. No homer
say that if he doesn't start working out, you will get stronger than him and beat him in front of his friends.
[QUOTE=Bleach Qeef;39123343]You can't force people to lift. It's something that drives you from the inside. Then again he's started biking again this week so I can't complain [editline]6th January 2013[/editline] [QUOTE=Thaard;39123351]say that if he doesn't start working out, you will get stronger than him and beat him in front of his friends.[/QUOTE] This could work

not at all, I think he started working out because I did, he caught the bug. So he got the weights and worked on his arms for a while but then gave up
fyi ur not gonna get massive abs or much ab growth any time soon (ie it takes weeks-months) [editline]6th January 2013[/editline] pro tip: do squats
and deadlifts [editline]7th January 2013[/editline] didn't read anything else just do deadlifts
seriously, people overestimate muscle growth sometimes. if you work out your abs you're not suddenly going to have an 8 pack, that comes with low body fat. tell your boyfriend to man up and do compound workouts. squat, deadlift, bench(but dont be a curlbro) same goes for you
IDK why but I'm so motivated to lift. Not right now, but in general. Fuark. Bout to get the most massive gains ever in the next 5 months. Summer too. This summer I'm going to try to get up to 300 lbs
[QUOTE=Pandamox;39124461]and deadlifts [editline]7th January 2013[/editline] didn't read anything else just do deadlifts[/QUOTE] couple months ago these 2 chicks were doin romanian dead lifts and one of em goes "idk why but i love doing these!!!" [sub][i]instaboner[/i][/sub]
[QUOTE=Bleach Qeef;39124568]IDK why but I'm so motivated to lift. Not right now, but in general. Fuark. Bout to get the most massive gains ever in the next 5 months. Summer too. This summer I'm going to try to get up to 300 lbs[/QUOTE] I know the feels bbgurl, I expect to look damn good by summer because I've been liftinggggggggggggggg like nuts, fuck I love it. I used to absolutely despise working out and now I use it as a replacement to dicktouching after a day of work or school, fuck I love myself I'm going to change all the walls of my room into mirrors, look at all these fucking gains, FUCK. [editline]7th January 2013[/editline] Also no one answered me about this. Day 1 Back/Bicep/Shoulders Pull Ups & Variations Hammer Curls Shrugs Shoulder Press Day 2 Chest/Tricep/Forearm Inclined DB press Dips Wrist curls Push ups Day 3 Abs/Legs Crunches Hip Raise on parallel bars Oblique side bends Squats Deadlifts once per cycle Lunge Calf Raises Planks This is what I have so far, anything I should add or change? I include atleast 10-20 minutes of warm-up/cardio by hitting the bag to keep my boxing reflexes and form up before each work outs too, I wanted to dedicate a day to cardio but I figured that 7 days of working out without a single rest wouldn't be good to me. Or should I just do this split once a week instead of twice and keep more days to resting and add a few cardio days? I'm fairly strong and got some strong and very hard muscles but they're not really defined because I've still got a layer of fat above them, considering I went from 265 lbs to 195 lbs over a year, I'd say I'm getting there but I still want to get rid of that last layer of fat, I'd assume Cardio days would really help with it. I want to get shredded and take care of this very last fucking persistent layer of fat. [editline]7th January 2013[/editline] Fuck, if it was only about my choice I'd be working out 7 days a week and training like thrice a day.
It looks good. I would get some flat DB press in it as well. And if you go heavy on squats your honestly not gonna need all that extra stuff. Also on your back day I would add in bent over rows.

So what about to lose that last layer of shitfat, do the split twice a week or only once a week and keep the rest to cardio/resting? Or should I just go balls out and use my only day of rest for Cardio if I do the split twice a week.
If your training to lose weight I would do cardio 5x a week, and count your calories. Weight loss to get that extra bit of fat off is pretty damn easy.
[QUOTE=Bleach Qeef;39125028]If your training to lose weight I would do cardio 5x a week, and count your calories. It doesn't even have to be intense. Watch bodybuilders when they do cardio, there not increasing their vo2 max or improving there endurance, they just do easy cardio. They just go on a bike and do whatever they have to do to burn however many calories. Yes there on massive amounts of steroids and weigh 300 lbs but there still just burning cals. Tl;Dr do 12 minutes of cardio before/after every session.

[editline]7th January 2013[/editline] Just need to get my nutrition back in place, I'm sick and fucking holidays so I end up waking up at 6 pm, eating a single meal and not eating anything all god damned night because I forget to. School's starting again after tommorow so my sleep schedule will be back in place and I'll be able to get my nutrition back in place hopefully. I'm way too fucking lazy to count my calories and shit so I guess I'll just buy good food like nuts and lean chicken brest and vegetables and the likes and I'll make myself decent meals.

[editline]7th January 2013[/editline] [QUOTE=Cyanlime;39113905]Alright, for my simple daily strength I've got 4 excercises I've been doing. Bench press, shoulder press, deadlifts and squats. Any other essentials I should squeeze in, or should that do me?[/QUOTE] Don't do strength shit daily, rest at least 3 days in between.
