I haven't done cardio on my own a day in my life, outside of football conditioning and when I wrestled.

no homo of course
Hmm, never tried any supplements, I don't want to get into any stuff like Creatine and what not but are multivitamins and protein powder good for anyone? My diet is kind of garbage so I really don't think I'm getting enough proteins and stuff.
I keep dropping hints and shit, he used to use weights but he's given up. He says him and his mate are going to join a gym this year but I highly doubt he will, he said the same thing last year.
HTH tell your boyfriend he looks like a little bitch and your sex drive is seriously making you consider leaving him for more masculine man.
LMFAO I guarantee this shit will work
(or he will get really depressed and become an alcoholic but welp shit happens)

i just put creatine in my beer help me take it out can i still drink it or will it be useless creatine?
My buddy put some in coke once and it became a fountain so personally I wouldn't put it in something other than water just to be sure.
Fuuuck, is it bad to have your food intake to peak at around 4-6 pm dramatically in comparison to the rest of the day?
For example, I have 6 meals a day, Breakfast at 8, Snack at 10, Lunch at 12 but that's when it gets complicated, I figured to hit the caloric intake and have enough proteins that I'd start drinking shakes, I was thinking about 2 shakes a day, 1 scoop each because I can reach my needed proteins fairly easily but still with the help of the shakes.
Now the problem comes with school, I have school from 0830 to 1600 and then school again from 1800 to 2100 and then go to sleep shortly after.
So I figured I'd work out at 1600 as soon as I'm done with school to then have time to eat dinner and go back to school but I'd like to have my shakes for both pre-workout and post-workout so I was just wondering if it's bad if I have a lots of shit concentrated at around 4-6 pm or does it not matter?
So my nutrition would be something like this:
I'm 5'11-6', 195 lbs and trying to eat ~2300 calories because I'm trying to cut a bit.
8 AM: Breakfast
Natty Peanut Butter 2 tablespoon 9g protein 6g carbs 15g fat
1 cup of oats 10g protein 54g carbs 6g fat
3 slices of whole weat bread 12g protein 51g carbs 3g fat
8:30 AM School starts
10 AM
12 oz green beans 6g protein 24g carbs
A banana 1g protein 28g carbs
12 PM: Lunch
6 oz Tuna 39g protein 2g fat
2 cups Broccoli Florets 4g protein 8g carbs
24 Almonds 8g protein 8g carbs 20g fat
Now's here where it gets weird for me.
4 PM: Finish School and pre-workout
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate 26g protein 3g carbs 2g fat (Is this good? I'm not very well versed in the supplements department)
5 Pm: Post-Workout
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate 26g Protein 3g carbs 2g fat
7 oz Chicken Breast 46g protein 3g fat
9 oz Green beans 5g protein 18g carbs
1 cup broccoli florets 2g protein 4g carbs
6 Pm: School starts again
8 pm:
24 almonds 8g protein 8g carbs 20g fat
So that's in total ~2300 calories, 202g protein 216g carbs 74g fat
Now, this is just a start and I'll probably be changing it around because I can't see this diet lasting long if I eat this shit all day every day but is everything else fine beside that? I'm a bit concerned about the little (or lack of) spacing between the shakes and dinner.
~~have at least 3 beer pre-workout crew~~
science says it ruins my gains
my body begs to differ

Nutrition wall of text follows
Replaced the tuna with cottage cheese and added more chicken to my lunch and dinner bringing me to 195g protein with no shakes, I consider that pretty good.
My only concern is pre and post-workout, is it really that important? Will I have to jump on the lifting as soon as I'm done eating my cottage cheese and will I have to run and stuff my face with the chicken immediately after my workout is done?
or he will leave her because that would make her a pretty horrible girlfriend
I sp00ks and there is no fun allowed around any topic involving women
I recently started taking creatine monohydrate + a gnc multivitamin ( on sale for less $) and have began to pee A LOT! I average about 13 cups a day of water. I will usually have to pee at least once every 15 minutes while drinking about 6 cups in 1 hr. Is this normal/ok?

lolno. anyone who says your meal timing actually matters is retarded, as long as you get the food in within the day you're fine and it's not going to make any difference. why do you think IF works? meal timing is all within a 4-6 hour period usually well after people workout and people still gain muscle off of it

If I recall correctly, creatine encourages water retention in the cells or something to that extent so you will pee a lot when you start creatine.
Had a decent lift day, no pr's, had a decent front squat day given the 3 weeks off though and binge drinking. Got 300x3 deep as fuark, thanks to my new lifting shoes. Felt really good. I've done a lot more, but idk this just felt really good.
Me and my dude went and wrestled after lifting for some lulz, we would both be varsity (285 and 195 or 220), potential state qualifers(for him at least). Lowkey I want to go back to wrestling, but i gotta keep my mind on the goal.

can't stop listening and low key depressed.
For the first time I did not suffer any back pain after I fixed my squat form. I was basically squatting high-bar like you squat low-bar which caused rounded of the lower back.

Had the same problem. Funny because before I squatted low bar I squatted high bar just fine, was doing about 420 on high bar, and it really helped my powerclean. Then I switched to low bar and while I added over a 100lbs onto my squat, it really had no carry over into the olympic lifts.
tldr squat high bar.

I used to get alot of similar symptoms when I did all my heavy lifts in one day if you space out the low rep high weight workout and drink more water might help

depends on how long the break is
I remember having a tough time squatting with a certain amount of weight before christmas, then I went back to the gym this monday and it certainly felt easier
First lifting comp over. got 5 of 6 lifts, and smacked my jaw on one of the clean and jerks. was fun

If it's important to you, tell him and tell him why. If it's not important to you do you're own thing. You are an individual with your own goals. Don't let his laziness affect your hard work.
