I was joking before (yes sp00ks JOKING) but in all honestly it does not make you a bad girlfriend to tell him you are finding him less sexually attractive/would find him more attractive if he got fit, and it would ultimately be far more motivating (especially considering the typical male ego) than dropping passive-aggressive hints.
I mean look at Binsky, a few years ago I told him he looked like a fat cunt and now he's beating off men with a stick at the madi gras!
My school has an Olympic Lifting team that I've been a part of since the start (bout a year and a half). This thread seems relevant.
db rows are becoming one of my favourite exercises, just behind deadlifts. that feel when you need to stack dumbbells and tie them together with a wrist strap because the DBs don't go high enough
Woo, starting to cut when next week hits, got my nutrition plan ready and all (Though I'm keeping measurements and stuff to see if my caloric intake is enough since I'll probably need to change it around a little bit), I'm at 198 lbs right now and I'll be cutting until about 180 lbs. I'll try to do a slow cut to maintain as much muscles as I can at about 2 lbs per week so this should take about 9 weeks
Just restarted 5x5 a week ago. Finished my A day: squats, benches and bent over rows. Working at 60 pounds now, slow and steady progress haha. Finished it off with crunches until failure and pull ups until failure and then some boxing practice. I'm gassed but I feel fucking awesome. Can feel the man tits slowly melting. I can finally feel my pecs underneath again! Trying to eat less and drop down to about 170 before I start bulking

It's all about how you say it and if your significant other(I'm including all sexualities) is open-minded enough to see that a little bit of aesthetic desire and personal health isn't a bad thing.
As to the contrary, I brought this up with my girlfriend(Who already has a pretty nice body but is pretty pathetic at physical activity)and since then I've motivated her to start running. She's still reluctant to exercise with me, which is understandable since I felt the same way when I first started exercising, but it's a step in the right direction.
It might seem superficial to encourage your partner to diet/exercise, but in truth there's a lot of mental capacity for change as well as giving them better self-confidence, stronger willpower, etc etc. As long as you have good intentions then it should be fine.
How do you guys have time for girlfriends, I'm too busy loving myself and kissing my biceps good night to have time for a girl.

whey is just food. Don't think of it like anything else, because it isn't.
Me personally, when i get done lifting i make a shake with about 72grams of protein from whey alone, combined with pb and milk and a banana.
Did speed squats with 315x3 for ten sets. My shit is sore. Also almost powercleaned 310lbs.
Immediately after my workout I get 52g of meat from chicken breast and 7g from vegetables.
I don't really like shakes and they're also expensive as all fuck and I don't have money so I'm glad I can get all I need from whole foods. Got 203g proteins daily.

Because processed food is usually filled with my own ass and often have some sort of hydrogenated oil somewhere in them or other bullshit so I just steer clear of processed food when I can, obviously I can't run away from it entirely but it's stuff I watch out for.
