Hey guys, I do weight training for an hour and a half, then I have to walk it back home from the gym (about a 40 minute walk at a moderate to fast pace). My question is, should I take my protein shake after I finish with weight training or after the walk? Thanks.

I'm 250lbs.
I can dunk on 10ft hoop even though I'm 5'11 with relatively short arms. I can run a sub 7 minute mile and a 40 yd dash in 4.8 seconds. My resting heart rate is below average. Don't have any cholesterol or anything problems, bp is fine.

But obviously some people will naturally be heavier/built than others, and usually their heart is "designed" to be used to that as well. fyi this is all broscience but idc.
I mean a guy who's naturally 150lbs who bulks to 250lbs,lean or not, is probably not going to be very "healthy" whereas a guy who's naturally bigger, say 180-200 goes to 250 he's probably going to stay relatively fit

Oh come on, like a 5'4 dude is gunna weigh as much as a 6'0 dude normally. Bone structure can differ a lot. Look at pacific islanders, even the ones that aren't obese, they have a much thicker bone structure than say a japan guy, even if they were the same height. genetics plays a very very big role.

I do eat it, daily cup o' cardboard every mornings.
On the plus side, 8 oz of chicken breast is more than I thought so I've got a decent amount of chicken in my plate right now with some almonds and broccoli florets.

Cutting so I can see the muscle I built in two and half years, I've never seen in my body the texture of my muscles, unless I am looking at the mirror while doing some cable pushdowns, my bodyfat gets in the way.
It sucks to think there won't be gains while I cut.
I'm about to go lift at a ymca. Its different man. I haven't lifted outside of my school's gym for basically 4 years. I lifted at the ymca yesterday and it was so weird, so small, so few weights ect. They got a swimming poop and a basketball court doe.
