I was trying to deadlift 130 kg yesterday and messed it up. My max is 120 kg so I thought I'll give it a go, just about got the bar up with legs straight and then the bar slipped. Nearly hurt myself. Will have to try 125 kg instead next time.

Just had the best workout I've had in months. Got some cardio, power training, and plyometrics in on the fighting muscle groups; topped off with my special [del]bearcum[/del] protein shake. Feelsgoodman.
Anyone here primarily focus on Olympic lifting?

Is Swole.me good? I thought one should take in what their body mass in grams of protein to gain mass, but on their it says I should do 254 grams of protein daily. I'm 172pounds.

it also helps when eating dry chicken, pour water or milk in with every bite and it instantly turns to easy to swallow mush

I'm going to add/remove shit from my plan depending on if I lose or gain weight this week. I've been eating about 2400 calories a day ontop of working out 6 days out of 7 so I weighted myself at 196 this monday and hoping to be 195-194 by next monday, from there I can see if I can manage a bit more calories or have to cut down on them. I suck at cutting guys.
check out matt ogus' videos on macro nutrients and myfitnesspal, it might help you make the cutting process easy. Also, depending on your bodyfat levels I would just "crash diet" aka reduce carbs as much as possible, add some cardio, decrease volume and watch the fat shed off.
I don't know my bodyfat but I would say I'm around 20-24% now down from like 36% back when I was a fat ass.

wot. U can cut at any bodyfat u dingus , be it 5 percent or 50. There is no place you should "start", it's up to u. Time is all subjective, how much you eat, exercise, durgs, ect.
Well, I don't like having too much bodyfat. Of course I know that you can cut at any percentage, but I just don't want it to take too long. Like if it's more effective to cut early so you can get back to bulking or if you cut late but let it take longer or something.

I suck at cutting, too much crap to keep track of and I have very limited time so eating 6-7 meals and cooking my own shit is bordering on the impossible. Is there a way to cut decently by just eating what-fucking-ever but as long as I stay under my caloric maintenance? I've only been going for like 3 days on this nutrition plan and I'm already exhausted, as soon as I have a slight break from school I have to rush like crazy to cook all my shit and prepare my food then run right back to school or whatever else I'm doing, I also go to the grocery store like every 2 days even when I don't have the time for it and it's a god damned pain. 5 days a week, I wake up at 7, eat my breakfast, go to school at 8:30, sneak in a small meal at 10, eat lunch at lunch break at 11:30 (Takes about 30 minutes to prepare my lunch and then I have to eat it fast and run back to school), start school again at 12:30, finish at 16, eat my meal real quick, work out until 17, prepare my dinner which takes fucklong to do yet again, as soon as I'm done preparing/eating/cleaning, I have to run back to school at 18, finish at 21 then eat a small meal at around 21:30/22 and then jack off and go to sleep at 23.
Jerked 80 kg from blocks today. stoked!
