Well, i took like a month, month and a half long lazy ass break over christmas and shit, got in some trouble, got out of trouble, now im back to lifting.
Weighed in at 145, benching 185 max, squatting probably 290-300, and hang cleaning like 165.
Feels good, but im just getting started. Hoping to have that bench at like 215 by august, squats at like 350 360, and just get a bit bigger.
also, a guy i know is going to start using HGH and doesnt know the first fucking thing about it, im gonna laugh and take pics if he gets gyno titties.

Also jesus fucking christ, i went back in with harder workouts than i was doing before, a ton of more reps, and my legs were killing me. Then I went and lifted even harder today, and i can barely move. Feels good though

The only time people will give you shit if you aren't lifting anything, is if you buck up and start acting like you do. Thats literally the only time ive seen people do that.
For instance, this kid in my weight training class, first day he comes in saying he lifts xxxx much and how he's good as fuck at baseball, He gets on the plates and cant lift one at all, and is weak and uncoordinated. Got cut off the baseball team the 3rd day, and by cut, they just told him not to come back anymore.
If your there to work out, no ones gonna be mean or belittle you man. Err'ybody starts somewhere.

New to this whole section, hi all.
I'm a 6'3 scrawny motherfucker who is looking to get into shape. Here is a current picture of me:

I recently started going jogging regularly - in the past 2-3 days I've done 5.6 miles, which is more than I've ran in my entire life probably. Any tips on running or anything of the sort?
I don't have the healthiest diet. Just the other night I ate like 8 fucking dairylea dunkers and 6 yoghurts and fuckloads of junk food. I am an extremely fussy eater and almost all of the foods I like are junk like pizza, chips, chicken etc. Any ideas for healthy foods I may enjoy?
Also weights - I recently bought my first ever weight set sure it's only like 10-12KG per dumbbell, but it is a good start. Any tips/routines you guys recommend?
I'm hoping you guys won't take the piss out of a newbie here, and you'll help me instead.

Must cut more and on weekends I tend to eat a little bit more shit than during the week so I figured doing cardio on weekends also would be decent.

I was at a track meet, there was a kid who was 6'8-6'9(no estat, he towered over my legit 6'6 friend) and probably 360+ lbs, wide as a house. Not really fat, just BIG AF.

Nope, never experienced anything like that. Your eyes hurt like hell and get forced closed, you just can't open them. Breathing is almost impossible and bare skin hurts. My both nostrils started to bleed. But it goes away surprisingly quickly. And after like 40 minutes you feel very good, kinda like a mild euphoria.
