Back on my workout grind. Hit the weights hard today, was a lot easier since i got back into the rhythm of working out every day / other day. Feels good.

My problem is mostly that during the week, with school and working out, I literally have no time to cook for more than 30 minutes and shit and on weekends I'm usually busy as heck. I go to school from 8 Am to 9 Pm with nothing but a 1 hour break for lunch and 1 hour break for dinner now so I barely get enough time to work out then jump in bed on weekdays.
there's not one person on planet earth that litreally has "no time".... it's priorities mate.

On weekdays I quite literally don't have the time though, unless I decide to sleep less or something just to cook which sucks because I like my sleep.

On weekends though you're right, I don't have any excuses at all though I usually get whole food 90% of the time so that's why I'm not super worried about cooking all my food for the week in advance.
Going back from the Oly club to my regular 24 hr commercial gym sucks. I miss my Eleiko bars and Eleiko plates :(((

Good, I'm a supplements nubes. I also need to invest into a shaker, the place I bought my tub didn't have any left until next week's shipment because apparently they go fast as fuck so for now I just mixed that shit with skim milk and it was kind of a pain to mix with nothing but a spoon but it did the job, just wasn't extremely well mixed.
damn near died today holy phuck I did about 10 singles with 291lbs for cleans on the last one I catch it, then fell backwards,which is terrifying in itself. then the bar started rolling off the platform, but luckily another loaded bar stopped it. Had it not stopped i would have been decapitated.

so I'm a skinny nerd and I started stronglifts, did my 2nd session today and I have some questions: should I be taking protein supplements? is the inside of my elbow joint (like on the elbow part up the arm but the non-hairy side that faces inwards) meant to hurt when I extend my arm? is this all the upper body workout I need or should I do some more stuff to get bigger guns and all that shallow stuff? cheers
