I ate a whole can of baked beans, the family serving size, with a corn dog, and ramen for lunch. and a quart of whole milk My farts have literally been so bad its uncomfortably bothering me, and usually i am entertained. fuk man, lifting exhaust me. get done lifting/ eating proton shake at like 5:20 after 2.5 hrs of lifting and im out like a rock till 8-9pm. did 305 on cleans for 5 or 6 reps idk.
i thought today was sunday and not monday. missed chest day and tomorrow i have a dentist appointment then gotta visit my dad. fuk dis shit
