I'm gonna look like Brock Lesnar before the summer Jk, I need to get back on a schedule, I'm almost 17, on learner's permit, with 3 siblings, so my best option would be using the fitness center after school then getting a ride home. What do you guys think would be best to work on to lose some fat and gain some more muscle? I cut down on eating junk over the time didn't workout often over the summer and fall, I went from around 185 to 175. I'm 6' btw, not much fat but my it's most noticeable on my stomach so I usually just pull it in when I wear a tshirt because. I shouldn't need fish oil like I've read on bodybuilding forums too right? Oh and my mom took away my whey protein because she decided to go in my room and then said I can't have it because it's "only 18+ and I'm 'impressionable" despite me telling her it's no different than protein from food (some reason she's perfectly fine when I buy protein bars and rocking refuel shakes), and that it's derived from milk and I'm not taking retarded amounts. What quick and easy alternative should I use for my protein? It'd have to sit in my backpack for like 6 hours until after school... [editline].[/editline] I don't have a specific routine, I kind of just do whatever. Like bench press, pec fly, leg extension + press, treadmill running/walking, ab crunch, etc. I don't know what I should focus on that would be best for me.

(if you buy Whey Isolate, without added creatine and other bullshit, it's just milk protein) Step 2: If you want to lose fat, cut off calories by 400-500 off your usual intake, and keep a rather hyperproteic diet for a while while exercising hard. By hyperproteic, I mean your meals should contain a good amount of protein. You can also ingest good fat, but keep away from bad fat. (if you can't find a good fat source, stay off fatty foods) Don't forget the slow digesting carbs for a milder insulin spike (this way, you'll keep fat anabolism low) such as rice, some forms of dark bread (keep away from white bread. if you can't find really dark bread, keep away from bread at all costs), potatoes, and of course pasta. Also, here in Europe we have 2 things written on most products: the sugar content, and the part from it which is pure table sugar. Keep away from table sugar.

So I've got a little problem here. I've been wanting to put on some muscle mass for a while now but I have nothing to lift with! What do you all suppose I do in a situation like this, are there any regimens that are very minimal on the lifting but hard on everything else? Next year I'm gonna be taking a specialty class at the school, it's like a wellness/p.e. class but we go exclusively to the weight room, so I'll probably start lifting then and then see what I can do to continue that after the class is out. I dunno I just got a bit worried the other day when i looked down and i saw i had a bit of a chubby stomach, I was like "this shit will not fly".
gym membership lift at school
I'm committing tomorrow. Feelsweirdgoodbadsadman.jpg. Not sure if I'm making the right choice but I really don't have a choice.
Committing to what bronig. Also back to training after a week, feels good.

I live in desolate Canada after all and unless I play like a fucking professional in university (Something I don't have any fucking money for at all), I'll only ever get to play Football by throwing the ball with myself because I have no friends. Rip my favorite sport.
