I wouldn't recommend not ingesting any fat at all unless you want this man to die.
I didn't really mean it literally. Every other food contains some form of fat. Even meat has fat. I'm just saying he should stay off really fat foods such as baycon strips.
trying to cut.
feel lighter and stronker.
go on the weight
see that I've gone up from 77 to 81kg's.
I suck at cutting, forever bulk!
(see how I didn't use greentexting?)
you underestimate your efforts. 4kgs are 8.5 lbs... that's a shitload. it's all about bodyrecomposition and weight is less relevant because it fluctuates a lot on diet due to water and glycogen.

That is some pretty good gains though I guess I can understand him.
I wish I was bulking right now, I'm cutting and I'm always hungry and shit and whenever I go lift, I just have enough energy to lift my routine and nothing else.
I remember one day this summer, woke up at like 4 PM, ate Raclette and literally ate probably a good 5000 calories if not more of nothing but meat and fish in one go because I was especially hungry and I fucking love Raclette and holy shit, I went to lift like a hour after and I felt like god damned Superman.

You pooped the excess protein.
But the sugar contained in that meat might have given you the powerz. There's nothing wrong with eating some rice 3 hours before lifting. That slow digesting carbs will make the difference in pusing weights.
My outer bicep on my left arm is significantly less developed than on my right arm. What can i do to fix this?

masturbate with the left one instead
God I love plyo/powerlift circuits. Makes me Drago strong without becoming a fatty.
Ah, lifting. I am pretty much a newbie when it comes to lifting. I mean, I have an 8 and a 10 pound weight (mysteriously imbalanced :V), I'm too young to get a gym membership for any gyms I've seen so far, and I really have no idea about using my school weight room.
Right now I'm really just focusing on my triceps, abs, pecs, and probably my leg muscles/thighs. I don't have the best of diets (well, I honestly have no idea what my diet is. I don't eat a ton of junk food, but it's not like I don't eat sugar and only consume vegetables. What should I be doing, by the way?), and I don't consume protein shakes/muscle milk/other muscular consumables.
Edit: I should also note that I'm a real small guy, 5'0 weighing about 115, although I am quite young. I wouldn't consider myself fat, but I do have some... undesirable fat around my thighs and abs.
lift at school lugnut
squats, deads, rows, ohp, bench

and it's donnnnnneee finally decided where to go. feels like a weight is lifted off my back.

How are people's atitudes to noobs at the gym?
I've been working out a lot at home but haven't been able to work my legs properly due to lack of equipment and I wanna keep everything balanced. Just feeling like I'll cop some flak because I'm not all that big. I know you've gotta start somewhere. But still, people can be dicks in my experience.
just fucking do it
fuck what people think
youre on your own shit and they can fuck their own shit
I'm not too panicked about it at all. Either way I'll be there within the next few weeks.
I was just curious is all.
While I'm at it, would stronglifts be a good program to start with? I'm not as interested in bulking as I am in strength training. I've been doing calisthenics for the last month or two and have noticed massive gains on strength and gradual size gains, which I'm cool with.
I have barely any body fat, a very very fast metabolism (fucking crazy fast yo) and a very good diet just from habit.
get some greyskull lp up in dat dere training
everybody's doing stronglifts nowadays anyway, i did this program for a year (except the neck harness) weights went up a lot, i got bigger, and i wasn't bulking
Monday
Bench/ or Press (A/B) 2x 5, 1 x 5+
Curl 2x 10-15 (bench days)
Squat 2x 5, 1x 5+
Neck Harness
Wednesday
Bench/ or Press 2x5, 1x 5+
Weighted Chins 2 x 6-8 (press days, and only if you can do at least 6-8 BW chins)
Deadlift 1x 5+ (with or without power cleans as warmups)
Neck Harness
Friday
Bench/ or Press (A/B) 2x 5, 1 x 5+
Curl 2x 10-15 (bench days)
Squat 2x 5, 1x 5+
Neck Harness
Bodyweight Chins are done every day.
5 lb jumps on Squat and Deadlift
2.5lb jumps on pressing movements and curls (when rep ranges are satisfied)
When reps on last set fall below 5, take 10% off of bar and begin process over (on that lift only)
neck harness is the most underrated tool on the planet. i am going to buy mine, you should all do the same or fuck yourselves.
also, don't ignore, don't deny what other people think. use it to your advantage, learn from it what you are missing not what you are not or how you should be. thing is with people, is that you can't control what they think of you. some might like you or won't like you regardless of who you are and what you do.
ask questions, be open, inquire don't deny any information given to you. reflect upon everything you recieve. this is how winners are made,.
Really appreciate the feedback guys.

Oh! Quick question. How do I decide on my starting weight for these?
you don't. you start with the bar. strength is more of a function related to your nervous system than your size so it would be wiser to engrave the proper pathways by exercising proper form and raising weight each and every workout by 5-10pounds.
As in an olympic bar (20kg/44lb) not just a "regular" empty bar?

you want your diet to be high cals, high protein. high everything nigga. you may aswell be eating junk food tbh, you have to eat everything and anything
eat big to get big!!!
What are you going for? What sports do you do?
None at the moment, but I'm planning on wrestling next school year. I was late to it this year but now I have time to get in better shape.
Also I'm working towards getting into the Air Force Academy. The physical test consists of stuff like sit ups (I can do 40), pull ups (I'm lucky if I can do 2), kneeling basketball throw (no clue...), and some others. I should also practice running, how effective is 30 full run bursts w/ walking (or jog?) in between?

Honestly, you shouldn't worry. People going at gyms are either A. Too busy with their own workouts to notice anyone else's. B. Douchebags trying to tap them girls all around and too focused on that to notice you. C. Sitting on machines and not actually working out, daydreaming the day they'll get big and buff and think they're gaining mass by just being at the gym.
Or a mix of those. There's always skinny and buff people in gyms, the skinny people knows better than to laugh at you because you're new since they themselves suck and the buff people are too busy with their own work outs to notice anyone else's, from experience back when I was new, they're also very helpful and would gladly help you with anything.
My brothers gym advice on what to lift:
"just go in there and fuck shit up"
Like I'll just hit up the gym and be like "aight gotta hit up the upper body today" and I'll look at a pull up bar and be like "aight gotta do X amount of pull ups supersetted with X amount of dips" with a bunch of whatever else exercises I feel like doing
And the next day I'll be like "work dem legs and lower back" boom squats and deadlifts and other shit
And I'll always finish up with abs

Also basketball season just ended so I get to do my own, better workouts now
Yes
