It basically makes you look like a jackass but you can actually train your neck properly. Its basically some sort of harness that goes on your head and you can attach weights to it and do neck exercises and what not.
interesting, but what benefit(s) does neck strengthening offer?

As a boxer its a great work out, means I can grit my teeth and take hard hits without going unconscious because if I can keep my neck straight it means my brain doesnt explode around inside my skull.

tonight I usually do a machine for a certain back/bicep kinda exercise but I was like bump that I'm gonna put a bench next to this here mirror and do some dumbbell rows
anyone else perform their calisthenics in a "do x reps in x time" rather than do a set, rest a few minutes, do a set, etc etc
like usually I'd do 4 sets of 11 pull-ups
so i tried just hitting my stopwatch and doing the full 44 as fast as i possibly could, ended up finishing 55% faster, also felt better while i was doing them

bodyweight excercises.
also i havent slept all day and its now 6am, gym opens at 9. todays supposed to be my rest day but fuck it!!! motivation is through the roof right now

i'm all about balance. nothing is left to luck, i train everything and that includes my neck.
and like heigoegueuu said, i really enjoy contact sports so neck training is an important part.
and most importantly, it has to do with your posture. it's very weak and leads to shitty forward posture which looks like shit.
