been feelin like shite for the past couple weeks
fell ill with a cold then and i'm still sick. mucus oozing out of all orifices
coughing fit this morning had me thinking i was gonna die. literally could not breathe while mucus poured out of my face
bombed my fucking math quiz because i couldnt concentrate at all. we literally reviewed everything on the quiz beforehand and i just blanked out completely
so i aint going to none of my other classes today

I guess I've just got to accept that working out properly while serving at military is pretty much impossible. I got chosen to be trained as a military police sub-sergeant (equal to us corporal) so I've got 300 mornings left.
I got pepper sprayed (by at least a few million scoville police grade OC spray) on Thursday. Eyes open and full face load. That was 3x worse than tear gas was. Another great... experience.

sounds minor, just stretch your ankles, you probably have (like 90 percent of the population) bad ankle flexibility from not being used to squats.

well if it hurts you your doing something wrong, but if nothing hurts than you should be fine.
however, if your problem is that bad I would reccomend highbar squats, it's literally impossible to not keep your chest up on those.

probably a weak upper back due to a bad case of thoracic extension. here's what you need to do;
stretch your thoracic.
work on your upper back, which is done by pulling with your arms perpendicular and an upright torso (cable crossover kind of thing)
brew some kind of ball, and jam it by laying and rolling on it inside your upper back muscles.
give it a month of intense, everyday work and i bet you'll witness something you haven't before.
