I gained like 10KGs but stuck at that now because my body has adjusted to the same routine. Time for the change of routine.

Skinny bastard routine:
Monday:
Bench press 3-5 reps x 3-4 sets
Incline dumbbell bench press 6-10 reps x 3-4 sets
Bent-over dumbbell row 10 - 15 reps x 4 sets
Seated dumbbell "power cleans" 12-15 reps x 2-3 sets
Barbell or dumbbell side bends 8-15 reps x 3-4 sets
Wednesday:
Deadlifts 5 reps x 3 sets
Single leg squats, back leg elevated 8-15 reps x 3-4 sets
Leg curls 6-10 reps x 3-4 sets
Bench press 3-5 reps x 3-4 sets
Friday:
Dumbbell benches 8-15 reps x 3 sets
Dumbell triceps extensions 5-10 reps x 3-4 sets
Chin-ups or pull-up 8-12 reps x 3 sets
Dumbbell shrugs 10-15 reps x 3 sets
Dumbbell curls 8-10 reps x 3 sets

Hey guys i need help. For the past like four days, i basically lost the incentive to eat. On saturday all i ate was about 300 calories. i have no idea what the fuck is wrong with me. i feel like im just tired of food..

I know the feeling. What I did was increase the number of portions and their timings. Smaller dishes, easier to eat. As long as there's protein in it, I'm fine.
When you need to calculate the amount of calories, protein, carbs and how much you eat while stuffing yourself, you'll soon enough find yourself where you have already.

Do you also get that weird feeling of "I'm hungry but i dont wanna eat"? like you dont know if you're hungry or you have a stomach ache..

Could it be the drastic changes ive been going through? No more wrestling practice, so i don't get tired or hungry. Would that explain it?
I forgot to mention i cant go to sleep untill like 3 am. Im tired i just dont wanna go the fuck to sleep and im being a bitch about it.

For the most part, I'm never hungry. I just eat because I know I need to get enough protein in me everyday. When you eat every 2 hours, you'll never be hungry.

Anyways, i stopped using creatine for about 2 and a half months and starte using it again last week. Thats also when i noticed some of the appetite loss.
I'm not blaming it on creatine. I'm just putting it out there incase it might be.

I think what i used to do was eat less than 1000 cals of shit like choclate and chips. and i barely ate anything good.
