I think what i used to do was eat less than 1000 cals of shit like choclate and chips. and i barely ate anything good.
and i wasn't THAT skinny :O
The journey seems like a breeze for those who really strive to be beyond what was given to them at birth.
I started out at 64kg. I am now 83. I used to eat humus, like 4 kg a week, bread and humus and I gained 15kg. What the hell is stopping you?
humus so good tho :(
I'll do that.
Do you also get that weird feeling of "I'm hungry but i dont wanna eat"? like you dont know if you're hungry or you have a stomach ache..
edit: dafuq is wrong with me
Could it be the drastic changes ive been going through? No more wrestling practice, so i don't get tired or hungry. Would that explain it?
I forgot to mention i cant go to sleep untill like 3 am. Im tired i just dont wanna go the fuck to sleep and im being a bitch about it.
Both finding it hard to sleep and loss of appetite are symptoms of stress and depression.

I have been feeling weird the last week. I don't have an incentive to work out..
humus so good tho :(
I believe you mean hummus. Humus is decomposed organic matter which is very good for soils because it is nutrient rich! It has a high surface area because of the small particle size so lack of water infiltration can be a problem. You need to make sure your soil doesn't get saturated or you could suffocate your plant(s)!
So is anyone currently doing Stronglifts 5x5? I just got a gym card again and figured I might as well give it a go. Anyone opinions?
Then again, it doesn't seem like it is for me. I just need to get my fat ass moving a bit and lose weight. Can't find any good programs though.
stop being depressed ~_~
I actually feel more motivated to work out when feeling down, helps lift my mood.

your fat ass needs to be on a caloric restriction first and foremost . weight lifting ( ss pp) or some cardio program ( couch to 5k) can come in once youve got your diet in check

Just saw my weight dip below 300 today, for the first time in years! That makes 45 pounds since November.

I fucking love it. Messed up a tendon in my right knee (not a result of exercising) so I can't lift heavy for a couple weeks. taking a break to work on form, but I can say that it's a great program. I've made some pretty big gains since I started, and feel and look great compared to a couple months ago. Can't wait to get back into it full force.
WOO. I'm back on track.

the reason rally isn't until next weekend. I'm going too, bitch
okay guys, I seriously need a new routine.
The routine I've been doing isn't all that great. Would anyone mind helping me come up with a better 6 day a week routine that's more or less comprehensive? (including abs/legs/forearms/traps/ "aux" muscles as I like to call them)
Why do you insist upon 6 days a week?
a 6 days a weeks cheme will be impossible to maintain unless you are roiding. your body wont keep up.

faaak i was joking, i want to go so bad

lmao he is roiding
I am really starting to see my abs now. It seems like the only thing that was keeping me from this in the past was my diet.
no shit

Why can't you go? It's during a weekend. Take the Megabus.
So i worked out a on Thursday. Now it's Saturday and i still got DOMS. Do i still work out? I usually just work out through the DOMS but i never asked if i should or untill they go away.

A lot of broscience surrounding DOMS, but I've always found that warming up well and getting the blood flowing really helps eliminate them. If I'm still very sore after a few days of that muscle group resting (which is rare these days, but it happens when I set PR's) I'll use the elliptical at a nice and easy pace for a few minutes to pump some of that soreness out.

I usually do pushups to let the doms go away.
