Haven't cried in ages, but this nearly brought a manly tear to my eye.

legend :')
There are sooo many others like Zyzz...
It's his fucking epic mindset that gets people.
I don't ever come to this sub forum but I thought I'd like to say that lifting weights has changed me quite a bit. Im 16 right now, 6'3 177 pounds, before I started lifting weights I was about 15, 6'2 (still growing) and 170 pounds, I would occasionally get picked on for the size of my arms and thought of as a wimp for my general poor build. I then started to lift weights and work on my upper body a lot more and it has helped to generate a lot of self confidence that I had next to none of before, it also created some more respect between me and other people and I've noticed that I get a lot more looks from girls. I try to encourage my other friends to lift weights even a little as it has had such a monumental effect on how I feel about myself and I hope that it would rub off onto them.
I work out every day save 1 or 2 occasional nights and everything I do is with a pair of adjustable dumbells as they are all I have and I don't feel I'm too ready for the gym just yet.
Just thought I would share.
FUUUAAARRKK rip Zyzz, dude had such a great physique. Dat dere insertions.

go to the gym, do SS
much better, and it's pretty easy
Alright, first walk home from the university of the year. Speed hasn't detoriated, still going slightly over 5 km/h. Unless it snows I'll continue with this.
Weight has also dropped to around 99 kgs.
Things are looking pretty good, too bad there's easter coming up. And May Day.
Pre gym pump music just does magic to you, feel like benching my house now.
almost down to 81 kg. i want to get to around 76-77
I'm at 71kg, looking to cut down to seeable abs and then bulk in the winter.
how 2 cut that last stubborn 2% bf?
Felt great when I was squatting and the strength and conditioning coach said, "This kid knows how to squat."
Sucks when your thinking your decently big, then you meet some real big fuckers.
The kids I met at a track meet were as followed:
6'8 340lb sophomore
6'5 320lb senior
6'1 235b senior @8 percent bodyfat, number 3 in state for 55m dash and number 5 for 200m. Also ran A 4.2 40 yard dash.

I honestly beleive this kid is natty. He's a super black dude, no evidence of juice he just looks naturally like he would be a swole fuck. I've met juicers and I'm 90 percent sure this kid isn't one.
http://yourseason.suntimes.com/sports/othersports/5351751-393/plainfield-south-continues-conference-dominance.html
He's the one up front, and that was his junior year. He's put on a good 20lbs or so since then.
is there any evidence that black people are naturally more muscular or is it just some stupid myth?
i'm guessing myth tbh
Yeah I think so too. Tho dark skin color may give a better muscle definition.

lmfao 235lbs at 8% body fat not even fully matured and you think this kid isn't on the sauce?
Being a genetic freak still doesn't put you at sub 10% bf at 235lbs, that kid may be a genetic freak but he's a genetic freak on sauce.

I used to believe it, but I've read a lot of material that puts that into doubt. Besides whenever people go "black genetics!!" it's really dumb since african american people could originate from a number of different sections of africa all of varying physical adaptations. West africans are noted for being fast twitch dominant, where as east africans typically displayed adaptations for endurance, which would make sense given their respective environments.
There's genetic variance in any population, the reason you see black dominance in a lot of the most popular sports in the US owes far more to socio economic factors than it does to any black magic gene.
exactly what i thought
On Curls:
Think about it. Your bicep's job is to pull your lower arm upwards. If you want to pull any kind of real weight, you do it with your back muscles. A car falls on your baby, and you're going to try to use your biceps to lift it up?
Now your baby is dead. Should have done some deadlifts.

On Curls:
That quote kind of discounts the importance of biceps. Every muscle has a purpose, and while I'm not saying curls are great, there is no denying that they do bulk up your biceps, which if you are going for visuals is important to many.
trying to squat at school and we get some stupid ass lockdown.
got 2 sets in and then we have to sit in a corner for 30 minutes fuck
is your school a prison?

what kind of drill?
if somebody gets inside and they dont know who they are or they find something (they found a shell of some hunting shit last year) they call a lockdown. pretty much shut the door, lights off, everybody get in the corner
or i guess if they feel like bringing the dogs in
Lmao I wonder how bad that black kid fucked his fingers up. Strong punching technique.

One time back in middleschool there was a bomb threat so they locked us in the classes and made us go under our desks.
wat
obviously not if its a bomb
and evacuating isnt really an option cuz one teacher said there was a case where a gunman waited outside
and our evac thing we just walk to the football field so anyone who knows the school makes it a joke
and its a joke anyway
but hey schools are gonna be paranoid and overreact to everything
