Is there any working preworkout that's not in the doping list? Such as something similar to dimethylamylamine. E: apparently DMAA is allowed outside competition. I wonder how long it stays in your blood?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8z-Z-r9b5CU&list=PL8498EC9A097EE19A&index=4&feature=plpp_video

Sup guys, I was wondering if this is a good bicep/tricep workout? I did them yesterday and they really felt good while I was doing them. But I want to make sure I'm not overworking the muscle. Tricep: 4xPushdowns 10-12 3xDips 10-15 4xSkull Crushers 10-12 1xClose Grip Bench Press 6-8 Biceps: 4xBicep DB Curls 10-12 3xPreacher Curls 10-15 4x Concentration Curls 10-15 1x21's w/ bar
What are your goals? Feeling good? I'd dare to assume you'd like to achieve the common hypertrophy (mass), and for a beginner you are better off, to gain more mass overall, doing a compound based routine such as Practical Programming. You will also gain, to a certain extent some mass on your arms on your routine, but it will quickly stop.
I have a few important questions Is there anyway to gain muscle while staying lean? Should i run before or after a workout?
Look up leangains. It's generally slower than the bulk/cut cycle but it works well for some people.
i consumed 400 grams of sugar today....
I'm not really into BB/CBB but am I the only one who is not a fan of Arnold's physique? Of course he was the star of his time, but IMO he just has really weird body proportions. Still hear people praise his aesthetics all the time. Of course CCB is completely different, but just look at this:
I admire Arnold's physique but wouldn't want it myself. If I could have a BB physique, I'd want to look like Bob Paris. He was aesthetic as fuark.
Ya you guys are retards and know nothing about posing (I don't blame you pro BB is dumb and gay as shit) The pose arnold is doing you suck your gut in hardcore, which consequently ruins all ab definition. Not a good picture to compare to a guy desperately trying to squeeze all his mussels at once in a last ditch attempt to look big. the strongest points of arnold's physique were his arms and his chest. Especially his chest. It's fucking monstorous. Even in predator where is like 30lbs lighter than his competition size, his chest is ridiculously massive. [editline]10th April 2012[/editline] Oh and both those dudes are like 220lbs at the most. Arnold was 250lbs shredded.
Or you choose a physique that's obtainable natty. I.e. Saxon or Sandow, they look pretty boss.
Jager, El Casus, You got any studies regarding a limit for the synthesis of protein per meal? I skimmed through a number of articles and besides the fact that it's individual, there's no actual limit. So I guess the question is rather how fast can your body synthesis protein per hour.
Bleach Qeef what do you look like? They're some impressive lifts. Had a show-off session at the gym today and blew my dick off. 3x12 Dumbbell Rows 3x12 Sitting Rows 3x12 Lat Pulldowns 6x12 Shrugs 3x12 Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3x12 Preacher Curls 3x12 Tricep Pushdowns 3x20 Dips 3x12 Reverse Grip Barbell Curls 3x12 Wrist Curls 3x10 Chest Press 3x12 Quad Extensions Feels good man.
I'm a fan of Arnold because he shows that even us wide-hipped folk have a chance to look good but you have to be a fucking monster to get there
Just started at a new gym. Tiny legs and curls everywhere. It was horrible.
his chest is ridiculously massive.
Exactly. Looks like shit to me. Anyway. I'm buying some whey protein and I get either 250 grams of beta-alanine or 100 grams of l-argine for free. So which one I choose? I know they don't do much, but its free.
beta-al
Exactly. Looks like shit to me.
How's it feel to be able to follow your pets through the doggy door motherfucker!?
Whats the best free weight exercises for growing your pecs in the middle of your chest? Ive found that benching wide gripped is best for the side of the pecs nearest to the armpit.
You train your entire chest when you do chest exercises. You can't train the middle.
You train your entire chest when you do chest exercises. You can't train the middle.
This. You can train upper and lower chest, but you can't target outer/inner.
You train your entire chest when you do chest exercises. You can't train the middle.
Not true, for example there are many different push up variations that will target different parts of the chest. I don't know anything about using weights though. I mean you can target the major and minor specifically.
